Ok. I rarely, if ever leave feedback, but I want to here. The good reviews are spot on. Mr. Patrick was super responsive. He delivered a rick of wood the same day I called. He came to drop it off when it was convenient for me. In the evening. In the dark. He was super nice. He and his helper Ronny stacked it where we wanted. I waited to write this review until I had a chance to burn some of it, and it was great. I started a fire while we were putting the kids to bed and it was raging before we were done. I previously bought some "seasoned" wood from another source that is going to have to sit for next year. Not Mr. Patrick's firewood. I'll be calling him again when we burn this up now. Thanks Johnny. Be calling you again soon.

Johnny called me the morning of the appointment to indicate he was running a bit late and revised the estimated time of arrival. I definitely appreciated the "head's up" on the time change. (It was about 1 hour later than the initial estimated time of arrival. I was fine with that.) Johnny arrived with the firewood, and I showed him where I wanted it stacked. Johnny and his associate went about the wood-stacking procedure promptly. Friendly, courteous, informative (I asked him what types of wood were in the batch). The wood is in nicely-sized small logs so they fit nicely into my fireplace. Wood burns well. Next time I need firewood, I will contact Johnny Patrick.

I contacted him on Tues. and though we weren't able to connect at first, we communicated via text and voicemail and worked out that he would come on Wed. He delivered the wood at the arranged time on Wed. and helped stack it on the rack in my backyard. What a cool guy....very friendly, down to earth, and witty. My kids were at home and wanted to help out with the unloading and stacking process, and he interacted and joked with them a lot (in fact he even joked that they were doing such a good job, he would have to hire them to help with his business. Ha!). And, the wood he delivered looks great....way better than the moldy, dirty garbage wood I have been buying in bags from Meijer. Anyway, I was very happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for quality firewood.

Johnny delivered and stacked one rick of seasoned hardwood firewood. I enjoyed chatting with Johnny and look forward to seeing him again next fall.

Great. On time. No complaints. He even sent a thank-you note!?!??! Wow. This is the guy that provides all the firewood for the Pizziology restaurants in the area.

The firewood is about the best I've ever purchased. Dry, burns nice. I couldn't be more pleased.

Called Johnny and he came out the same day. We discussed the work I needed done, and agreed on a price. Shook hands and he told me he would be in touch in a couple of weeks as he was really busy. That time has since come and gone, and I haven't heard from him. I have tried multiple times to reach him, but never heard back from him. Not sure if my job was too small or what, but if a man shakes my hand, I expect him to provide the agreed upon service. I had talked him up to several people that I knew that needed work done, and he failed to contact any of them back either. It is too bad, as I am planning on heating my house with wood this winter, but not going to use anyone that can't keep his word.

Johnny was great at communicating and arrived on time. His wood is dry and the pieces are cut perfectly. We will buy more from Johnny!

Great! Johnny and his helpers are always quick to respond as well as prompt and punctual in their work. I appreciate that if he's super busy, he sets appropriate expectations in terms of delivery time. He always meets or beats expectation. I'll continue calling him when my firepit wood pile runs low and with any mulch needs.

This is my first time reaching out to Johnny but the whole experience was fantastic. I messaged him on Saturday evening around 8:00pm. He responded a short time later and he said he had an opening on Tuesday. He came out on Tuesday as expected and delivered and stacked the firewood like he said he would. i will definitely use Johnny's services again. He is very responsive, polite, and easy to work with. I checked out 7 places. I looked at reviews, price, dependability, and quality. I found his prices the best, and the reviews excellent. He offered to come the same day, but I needed to wait until the weekend. He called ahead of time to confirm, showed up on time, brought a full 2 ricks and stacked them for me. Friendly, professional, hard-working, Would absolutely use him again.

Johnny Patrick in so dependable. We worked out a day for him to split a maple tree into firewood, It was down due to storm damage. He worked around our schedule and showed up at the time agreed. He used professional equipment and split the wood nicely for firewood. He was as always very polite and respectful. He did the work excellent and left things neat. .

Johnny split firewood for me after we had a large tree taken down. He split and stacked a ton of wood for us. Johnny came over right after I called him and quoted a fair price. Returned the next day and split the wood, stacked it, and raked the yard. Great friendly service!

Johnny is great. He's very prompt and accommodating. I messaged him around 11pm Friday and he scheduled tentatively for Sunday. He replied again In the morning and said he'd be able to get to us Saturday. He delivered around 5pm that same afternoon and restocked our wood rack. We even gained a stowaway pet snail with the delivery.

Johnny and Ronnie were out the next day and delivered and stacked the wood very well, as always. They are pleasant, punctual, and all around good people to work with.

He can come out within 48 hours after you contact him. He delivers and stacks the wood for you. It is good quality and his prices are more than reasonable.

We had Johnny bring us two loads of firewood last year, without a hitch. He was responsive and professional. Last week we set up an appointment for him to bring a load of wood on Sunday at 12p. Between my husband and I, we put aside 3hrs waiting for him to assure someone was at the house. He never showed and did not call. Looking at his post on Angie's list, it appears that he is out of wood. I can respect that, but I was not made aware of that in my conversation with him on the phone. It was a big waste of my time and we ended up being depleted of our firewood stock before this winter's first cold snap.

In all fairness, Johnny delivered firewood last year, and everything went great. He delivered when he said he would, and the wood was excellent. He also delivered and spread mulch last year and the year before, and did an excellent job. I feel badly to give him a negative revue, however, since he did not show up or return my phone calls, I have no choice.

Ronnie Vance was flying solo on this mission. The delivery was scheduled for later in the afternoon (after 4pm), but I ended up taking the day off for some auto-work and a doctor appt, I called to let Johnny know I would be home earlier than I had previously determined, so he sent Ronnie over right away. Wood was delivered and stacked before we left for our first appointment around noon. As always, they're punctual and deliver a good burning mix of wood. I really like how flexible they are with delivery and accommodating to their customers. I'll definitely continue to call on them for all firewood delivery and mulching needs. Thanks, guys!

I called Johnny this morning and the firewood was delivered by 2 PM today! Amazing! His assistant stacked the wood neatly against the garage wall. He was cordial and friendly,, and did everything I asked him to do. We are now well supplied for the winter!

I called Johnny, after seeing other positive reviews in Angie's List, on a Tuesday. Left him a voice mail in the afternoon and he called me back that evening - quoted me $90 to deliver and stack 1 rick. We arranged for him to deliver on Saturday, late morning around 11A. He called me at 10:30 to say that he was loading his truck up with my wood and would be on his way soon. (I really appreciated this "heads up" call, since I was away from home at the time.) He arrived around 12:00 or 12:30 and got right to work after I showed him where to stack it. Yes, he arrived later than we originally discussed, BUT, more importantly to me, he proactively communicated his status to me. I'm confident that if I told him I was on a tight schedule, we would / could accomodate. Price is fair - I haven't done a lot of "shopping around" for firewood quotes, but he charged the same amount as my previous supplier who did NOT stack it for me (just dumped on the driveway.) He did a very nice job, was very friendly and personable, and I would recommend him without reservation. Will buy from him again as soon as I run low.
