Description of Work: Installed a gas water heater (we already had the water heater) and took away the broken one. They were very responsive, made an appointment for the day after we called, were clear about how the work would be charged, no surprises. Our installer called to confirm the time window and then again to let us know he was on the way. He cleaned up after the work, showed me how to light the pilot, answered all my questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Description of Work: New trenches and drain pipe were laid for drainage from the washing machine and downspouts. A new horizontal drain was installed in an area of water accumulation. A slow kitchen drain was unplugged. The process took 2 days, but was completed and the workers did the work in a professional and efficient manner. The workers were courteous and friendly.

Description of Work: The handle in the shower broke and I could not turn the water on or off. I called them and they said they would have someone there in two hours. The repair man called and asked if he could come a few minutes early. When he arrived he was a very polite and a clean cut looking man. He put on booties before walking on my carpet. He had the piece needed on his truck to make the repair and was done in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing.

I did not have any problems after the work was done. I got them on the recommendation of someone else, so I did not compare prices. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I need to get some work done soon, and I will call them again.
Description of Work: I used Hoffman Plumbing Inc to install a gas line for me subsequent to a kitchen remodel.

Eric showed up around 3 p.m. and fixed our problem in less than an hour. He even took a few minutes to look at a faucet in our downstairs bathroom that had bad water pressure. Very nice and professional. I'll definitely go back to Hoffman Plumbing.

+ -1 moreHoffman plumbing was one of 3 estimates. We chose them for price and professionalism.They showed up when they said they would and finished the job in one day. They had all the tools to do the work on their van and the estimator gave them all the materials and parts they needed. They did what they said they would and the invoice price was the same as the estimate.
Description of Work: We called them to work on our business. We had just bought the building earlier this year and it had sat empty for some time. The drain lines were all cast iron pipe and were rusting through. We called for an estimate to replace the drain system and and gave them the work. They cut all the old pipes out and disposed of them. Installed all new PVC plastic, cleaned up and were done in one day. After this job our washing machine drain clogged at home and they came right out and cleaned it out.
