Description of Work: Installed tankless water heater. Labor quote before install was $200. Actual price after install was $400. Completely non responsive to any phone calls or texts. He still owes me $350 from a new water heater trade we made. Very nice man. Good quality work.

Description of Work: There was a broken pipe that expelled run-off water from my basement and gutters. When water needed to find a way out, it would shoot a water fountain into the air where the pipe was broken (and subsequently discovered to also be clogged with tree roots and dirt.) This kept my back yard constantly wet. Andy from Hoffman investigated the problem and was able to quickly identify what was happening. He offered me several alternatives of how to approach the repair. He was very thorough in explainin the pros and cons of each option. I made my choice and he left. The next day I received the estimate in my email in-box with everything stated exactly as we had discussed. They had all the utility companies mark their lines within two days and performed the repairs on the day they said they would. Their crew was professional, courteous and did a great job. I had a question about something a few days later and they came back and took care of my concerns. I'm extremely pleased with my repair job !
