Description of Work: Get billed quarterly, but as far as I can tell someone has only come out twice in last 3 years. Maybe they come when no one is home, but have not left behind a message. Have to say though have not not seen a bug inside the house since we signed up with them.

Description of Work: Treatment was done primarily for ants, but have had them take care of wasps as well as mice prevention. If you have a problem between the normal scheduled service dates, they will come out pretty quickly at no additional charge. They have been pretty easy to deal with as far as scheduling and customer service. I think the service depends sometimes on the experience of the technician, but overall I have not had any major problems with insects or mice (at least thus far) with their service.
