They are here every month, on time. Always professional and the results are excellent as expected. They are always friendly and helpful.

Jay was prompt. He sprayed the outside and set rodent traps as well as looked at an area of damage on the bathroom wall that appeared to be caused by insects. Jay took pictures but we have not heard back about a more definitive answer as to a cause. He did treat the area for what he thought was likely the culprit. Overall, I am satisfied with the work. We were also able to transfer a termite warranty from the previous owner.

I noted that we were finding ants. Tecnition sprayed and gave us two traps. Still finding ants occasionally.

They came once. Installed bait traps and never came again. They charged $1100. This is almost double what other services charge. We found this out after we signed with them. Usually a company will come monthly...

I think it worked, but they did not come back to check. What they charged us was almost double what other companies wanted. I used they for years at another home, but not again.

I called and scheduled a termite inspection. Adam found no evidence of termites. Friendly and professional, did not try to sell me things I didn't need. Would use again.

Never knew when they were coming til the last minute, and couldn't get them to come when we were home

My experience with them was very good. They're thorough, knowledgeable and quick. Their price is reasonable. The guy who does our spraying named Devon which is also our contact person is superb.

It went very well. Jaima is our regular person and she is wonderful to work with. She is always very friendly and helpful. The whole staff is good to work with. They are very professional and thorough. We have noticed a significant decline in spider, ant and cricket activity. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of pest and termite control.

They came out to spray bugs. The sprayed around the house and they treated me very good.

It went very well. They just seem more knowledgeable, seem to be more aware of health issues and are not quite as invasive. They typically don't come in the home to spray. They do all their work on the outside unless we have issues inside the home and I like that.

I got their service on a special for about $50.00. They are efficient. The first time I used them a young lady did the spraying. She got all the bushes and she was thorough with her spraying. She was also on time. The second time I was not home when they did the service.

Just one employee came out and he was here for about an hour. He was a very nice individual. He was also informative.

I am so disappointed. I used Circle City Pest Control for years and they always did a wonderful job. However they have recently sold their company to Action Pest Control, and they did a terrible job! I called on July 8 and told them I needed to have my house sprayed for small ants and my deck sprayed for carpenter bees. They said they would send someone out on the11th and gave me a three hour appointment window. Five minutes after the end of the appointment window, the guy called to tell me he was running late. When he finally showed up, I took him around the house to show where I needed sprayed, and then he told me how they were going to spray and put down termite spikes and rodent traps for a whole house pest control. I told him I just wanted the one time application, but he kept trying to sell what a deal it was for the whole house. I asked how much in total it would be, and it was over $670! I said no, and finally got him to give me a quote of $250 for the one time application, which is not too bad. Then he said he would have a technician contact me to schedule the spraying! I was shocked - I thought that is what he was there for! Today is July 21st and I have never heard back from them. I called and told them I would not be using their services. This is possibly the worst service I have ever had.

Professional people. We have interacted with the owner many times and he is a very knowledgable person.

They came out and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them.

They spray for ants and bugs. The house has none now. They monitor for termites. I got a contract with them to protect against them. The house was free of termites . A few were found in the monitors, so they treated the house at no additional cost. Excellent service and great people to work with.

This was a f/u visit. This is the fourth time I have had to call them for ants. My technician is super nice and goes out of her way to assist me. Ants are bad this year from what I have heard, but they have always come the same day I have called for follow up service.

The individual was on time and was very professional. He completed all the required forms and provided the signed copy and the paid receipt.

The gentleman came promptly treated the entire perimeter of my business . Witin 24hrs I saw immediate results.

I've used action for several |Years. Always professional, on time, and will explain exactly what they are doing. They may not be the cheapest - but they are without a doubt the best.

They have different pricing schedules depending on frequency, what type of pests, etc. Their prices are competitive with others in the area, and we've never had a problem with extra spot treatments. I'd recommend them.

I purchased 6 months worth of service at a cost of $90. Each w/an initial visit of $210. for a grand total of $750. Our home is a little over 4,000 sq. foot. I chose to pay in full and was therefore given a discount dropping my price to $712.50. In my initial visit with Jay Fowler I felt that he was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough in the interior and exterior inspection of our home, as well as, going over the description of the inspectional report and proposal/quotation. I attest I was a bit apprehensive at first given that we had already worked with Orkin and weren't at all impressed with their overall service. So when Jeff Wilson, the technician, came by the next month I was amazed. If I thought Jay was all of the above, Jeff was exactly the same way and then some! We truly feel that we are getting everything we paid for and then some. It's not a walk around your exterior, spray, drop sticky boxes, collect a check and leave (like Orkin), instead it's a detailed full service visit. For example, Jeff will literally knock down all our cobwebs and our home has two massive two-story decks not including the extremely large entryway dormer or soffits we have as overhangs. Jeff is usually here for over an hour each and every time. About two months in a mole begin tunneling all over our yard so we purchased the mole service (initial visit $40, $40 for 6 visits, total $280 and again we paid in full so our total bill was $228.) Again, we feel that something is actually being accomplished and we currently have not experienced any new mole activity. I can't say enough about the company except that we don't plan to use any other pest control company except Action Pest Control for the foreseeable future.
