It was fine.

If I see any pests in between, they come back as soon as I call take care of the issue immediately atno extra charge. They are professional, knowledgable,and I have learned a lot of things I did not know about bugs from my agent. I recommend them 100%.

I pay yearly and get a discount. I'm very happy with their service!!

They came out for initial treatment and came again when we called because of new colonies. We have a year contract where they come out every 2 months unless we call and they will come. Very professional and knowledgable. Cost is based on size of house

Treatment went okay. The techs have always been great . They did find activity and tried to call service rep. on that date . I said well have them call me Monday. I gave them my other phone number due to trouble with my other. They office called Monday at noon to set up a appointment for Tuesday between 2 and 4 with Ryan. I waited till 5 and no one ever showed . I contacted then Wens-day and they tried to say we did not have your phone number which they did . I gave it to the tech that Saturday and the following Monday they called the number I gave the tech. But the office said they never called me or had it down in their books. At that point I was irradiated . I let them know I was and I was done with them . Ryan showed up Thursday I guess trying to smooth things over . Because at that point we had no appointment and I was done with it . He said which I do believe he never got the mess age . Office staff can make or break a business. And in this day and age people have called ID and voice-mail so never tell a customer you did not call I record all my appointments. At this point I do have to honor my contract but they have given me no reason to renew it when it comes up for renewal.

The service was professional, prompt, and they gave us a discount on the price up front. The warranty that the treatment comes with is very thorough.

Everything went well. He came on time and was very efficient. Answered my questions and they even have a review board that called me today to just check on everything and answer any other question I might have.

I called in to reinstate this annual service from the previous home owner's contract. It had lapsed a few months but I was still able to get it continued with no issues or extra charges. An appointment was immediately scheduled. The inspector arrived in the stated time frame and checked the crawl space. The home is already covered by a past preventative treatment they did. The visit took about 15 minutes. A report is handed over at the end of the visit regarding a comprehensive list of checks for possible issues that could be of concern for the home being organisms, moisture, and pests. I'm not sure I'd say that being over 100 a year for this service is in my desired range but I believe continuing it is an important service in proving steps are being taken to ensure the health of the house to insurance or when the house is sold.

The gentleman from Action Pest Control is really great. He is really good. I am definitely satisfied with their services.

I pay $89 every two months. I haven't compared their prices but they are good. I had a massive cricket problem and after the first time they were here, they never came back.

They are fantastic. I have noticed a big difference in the ant and spider problem. The overall experience is excellent. The price is good. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

We are ready to change pest control companies. When they come out they do a little spraying and come when we are not available.

They were pleasant and prompt. I used a different contractor. I didn't use them, but, would give them good ratings. The reason I didn't use them was the price differential. They were very professional.

They do everything for us. I signed up for their monthly service. We had an invasion of bugs and they got a grip on it right away and told us everything we could do to help also. You get the same person that comes to our house every month. We have some extra buildings on our property that is not part of our plan but he sprays them too and will not charge us more for doing that for us. He gives you his personal number and will come out the same day if you need him.

I have always been satisfied with them. If I have any problem, they will come back immediately and take care of it. I pay them a monthly fee of $70. I pay the same amount every month. I cannot comment on their price because I have not used any other company. I will continue to use them in the future.

When Action was called they took action and came right away. I will use them again in the future.

They are all friendly. They are very helpful and I have had no problems with them. I would highly recommend them.

They were not helpful nor their products. We still had problems with moles and spiders, but my husband had someone else take care of it. The products they used don’t seem to work nor did they keep up their promise of taking care of the situation. The crew was not efficient, but a lady in their office was good. I do not wish to use their services in future.

We have used them for years and have had great service. They are very clean. They are very thorough and will come to our home whenever we need them to.

The employees are really nice and really sweet. They want to satisfy their customers and keep them happy. They will do pretty much whatever you want. We have a bird, cats and a dog so they are superb about not using anything in the house that would hurt them. They are unbelievably amazing on that. They are not the cheapest but I think their price is average. They do an excellent job. Usually they are calling me to see if they can come out and we will keep using them.

The company has been wonderful--prompt in returning calls, thoroughly efficient and professional, concerned and courteous. After the first two treatments the moth fly numbers were significantly reduced and after the last treatment we have not seen a single one. The company however will continue to monitor the situation. I have every confidence in Action Pest Control and it has been a pleasure working with them. Incidentally, although they are based in Indiana, they cover a wide surrounding area.
