+ -1 moreSam, the owner of the Elkhart/Michiana branch was amazing! He promptly returned my phone call and was able to come out to inspect my house that day, and gave let me know the cost for the visit. He is a very nice guy and seems to really know what he's doing. He did a thorough inspection of the outside of my house to determine where the mice were getting in. He wore booties over his shoes when he was in the house, and was very careful not to let any insulation fall out of the attic into my closet (where the attic access is). He recommended I wait about 2 weeks after the bait was put in the attic to let all the mice eat the bait and leave, and to call him when I no longer heard noises for him to come back and seal off the entry points (he found 3). I was given an official estimate of the price for the second visit. He called me about 2 weeks later just to see how things were going, and if he should come back yet. When he came back, he found a few additional access points to seal off, but since he had given me the estimate for sealing 3 access points, he sealed the additional points at no charge. I would definitely recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I had mice in my attic. 1st visit: inspected my house to see where mice were coming into attic, set bait in my attic. 2nd visit: sealed off points of mouse entry.
