Prompt service and no problems since!

TERRIBLE! The gal that showed up was EXTREMELY friendly and kind, however, that's the only good thing I have to say about their service. They charged me 300.00 dollars to put a cardboard box in my pond and they never came back! The box has since deteriorated and I'm out 300.00! I might as well have lit a match to 300.00. I'm so disappointed. And frankly, I am shocked that they sent me an Angie's List Review Form. Really?? They don't realize they robbed me of 300.00? I am sure they're great with rodents and I can see they other pleased customers. Maybe in my case, they should've turned down the job. The only way they could make this right is to give me my money back because they did not provide me with a service.

David & Sam were very professional, on time, & courteous.

He went up in the attic come down local me what he found gave me and 1st to seal up certain spots with screens price good for 90 days.

I've had this company through two or three franchise changes and I like them. They've been very reasonable when it comes to repeat problems.

Joe arrived on time, examined the attic and set the trap. He explained the likelihood of babies at this time of year and let us know what to listen for when he came back to remove the animal, he & his coworker were helpful.

The technicians were on time. Honored any requests we had for the types of traps set. They were always courteous. They also worked with us on strategy-right up until the ground hog was captured.

Took several trips – they were very persistent. Always come on the easy & time scheduled. Successful!

They were the only company I could find that would trap the skunks without the mother present and came out promptly the day following my phone call. They did a wonderful job and were very responsive to questions/phone calls. Forever grateful!

Told they could not preform the work during phone consultation because the chimney was too far off the ground (approximately 40'). No work / visit was done; no charge. Was disappointed but appreciate their honesty.

Discovered bees on patio, one week before big party we were having. I called and they came out same day. Very professional. I was very thankful.

The service man arrived on time set the trap communicated designed results and assured me he’d OK the trap regularly to see it we were successful. Excellent service. I’ve used this company several times.

It went very well, I caught skunks, they picked them up before noon.

They responded to initial telephone call promptly. The workman were very efficient in performing their duties.

Critter Control was called in October 2013 for scratching sounds in attic. They found evidence of bats in the attic during the $180 inspection and quoted $680 to exclude existing bats and to repair areas where bats could get in. Exclusion work was performed as promised, though work was not aesthetically pleasing--foam was visible and unattractive and unattractive black metal was used on a white house in one location; foam was also sprayed inside attic, which is not common or advised. $2800 of insulation was removed/replaced after bats were excluded. Within a couple months of re-insulation, bat noises and droppings were back. Critter Control came back multiple times (no additional charge) to follow up and try to address ongoing problem, but were unable to figure out where bats were getting in. At one point, a bat got in my 6 year old son's room at night and he needed rabies shots ($17,500). After this incident, Critter Control told us that the bat did not need to be tested and that my son would know if he had been bitten. His doctor was furious about this advice and said that all bats found in a sleeping child's room should be tested, and that bat remediation companies should definitely know this policy. During 2014 and 2015, Critter Control kept coming out to the house, but was unable to exclude the bats. I was very patient and positive during this time because they were responsive, professional and did not charge us additional money, but they did not solve the problem. This spring (2016), when the bats woke up again and we heard noises in the walls, I called again, but they did not call me back this time. I called out another company who found $500 worth of obvious work that was missed and clear locations where bats could get in, that were visible even to my naked eye when pointed out. I called Critter Control back to see if there was any way to get some of my money back for their initial $800 of inspection and work, since they clearly missed key areas, and I was told on the phone that they don't promise that a house they work on will be bat free, they just promise that bats won't get in where they've done work. To an extent, I understand this point, but if obvious gaps remain along the chimney and clear gaps persist in the ridge vent, then I do not feel that their inspection and repairs were adequate or complete. I understand that no company can promise that you will never have another bat, but given that we've paid almost $4000 to this company in the past 3 years (in addition to a $2500 deductible for rabies shots) and have had continual bat activity during this time, I feel entitled to at least the money for the initial inspection to refunded since they did not find key areas of access in that inspection, as promised. The office manager did tell me on the phone today that they would come out and look to see what had been missed, but at this point I have lost confidence in the company and would prefer to have some of my money refunded to put towards another company. Though I did find everyone in the company that we worked with responsive and helpful until today's phone conversation, I cannot recommend them because of what clearly seems to be glaring gaps in their inspection and identification of essential repair work.

The company was competent and efficient. Their employees were very conscientious both in setting and checking the trap and in installing the material to animal–proof the house.

Dave did an excellent job finding and plugging access points, including attic where critters could get into walls. Combination of screening and plugs was used.

John set two traps - for 1 week nothing. Walked the entire attic - closed entry way - well the racoon stayed in the soffit - then got out. John came back & reclosed entry way.

Great-however its lifetime as the critter come back

Critter Control did a very good job taking care of the entire problem, including preparing a full report.

Very reliable - competent. Very responsive.

The tech came to my house and picked up a skunk I had in a live trap. I didn't want to try it myself, afraid it would spray. The tech did a good job. The skunk was taken away without spraying. Trap returned the next day.

Critter Control showed up when promised, assessed the situation, placed the traps, removed the animals when we called them to pick up the trapped animals.

Man picked up animal, but could not get it to go into his cage. He took it away (after many tries) in our cage and returned our cage in a timely way (as he said he would). Polite, totally helpful & decent.
