They were on time, very professional and did good work.

They did an excellent work, it's very quick and efficient. They really know what they were doing, they fine the problem immediately, they take the essential status to fix it and they don't do extra things. They were not cheap but you're paying for knowledgeable people to really come in and they don't sell you extra services so your money is well spent. They understand the creatures that need to be remove, where to fine them, how to trap them and how to do it quickly.

They were fabulous! Placed traps same day I called. Followed up daily and caught critter. Allowed me to pay by phone with credit card. Very professional and friendly.

Came up with a list of potential entry sites but unfortunately missed the large hole where raccoons were getting into the crawl space.

Nothing else that I tried would get rid of them and it got worse. I called Critter Control. They responded quickly and closed the holes and caught many chipmonks. So far I have not seen any chipmonks. The price was a little steep for this retiree (I did get a SR. discount), but they did a great job.

Came from Elkhart several times to set up traps, remove kills, remove traps, bring back for more.

The gentleman was very nice and on time. He could not figure our issue out and the whole thing was to sell chipmunk traps at a horrible rate. We put trap sour selves. Issue was not chipmunks it was squirrels. for a $179 full inspection of our house I had to prompt the guy to look in our attic. He never went to our basement. We figured it out. He did not. As far as I am concerned I wasted $179. I guess if u know nothing they would be ok but we already had people out putting things to prevent critters

Contacted critter control on weds and washable to have someone come out the next day.

Dave was on time and he was really helpful and he even showed me how to work the traps so if a stray cat went in, I could release it without having to calling them.

They were very helpful on phone, cheaper than other company, & showed up quickly. They were very nice when they came to the house & took care of the bees.

They were very quick to respond. They explained everything to me before they did anything. They gave me different options and allowed me to pick and choose what I wanted. There wasn’t any high pressure for it. They were very thorough.

A couple of the guys from Critter Control showed up the same day my husband called. They carefully retrieved our trap covered it and with out incident left with it to release the skunk somewhere far, far away. They brought our trap back the next a.m.

The personnel were friendly and professional. We were glad that they had a no kill policy.

The company kept me informed at each stage of the process, from ordering the new cap to installing it. It took some time for the new cap to be made. The work was done in a timely and professional manner.

Misdiagnosed the problem. Did not have proper trap for animal. The owner tried to sell about $500 worth of other services before the current problem was correctly diagnosed and solved. The young technicians were prompt, courteous and as helpful as they could be, but did not have the equipment or training to solve our problem. We had to call another service.

The technicians were great! Took care of the problem quickly, professionally and explained what they were going to do with the raccoon.

Critter control arrived on time, called ahead to confirm arrival. They performed the work quickly and efficiently. I would use them again, as well a recommend this company.

It went ok. At first I don't think they were convinced it was a skunk, even though I could smell it. Also, at first they just put the trap in the yard near the porch and the skunk didn't go near it. That lasted about a week. I had to chase off a couple cats, but luckily no other wild animal decided to walk in the trap. What finally worked was they blocked all the way around the porch and left the trap as the only way out. Seems like that would have been best to do first, but maybe we just had a smart skunk.

Sam came and set up traps because we heard raccons fighting in our chimney. He knew where to put them.

When my gutters were cleaned, a note was left to let me know that he saw 3 racoons that were living in my chimney. I called Critter Control and they came the same day to inspect the chimney. He explained, in detail, how he was able to confirm that racoons had been in the chimney, inspected the premisis to determine how they were getting up to the second story roof and set traps on the ground in the area where they were climbing up. I was to call in the morning before 8 AM if there was anything in the trap. After 2 days with no racoons, he came back and set a trap on top the of the chimney and caught one that night. I called in the morning and the racoon was picked up within 2 hours. He re-set the trap, and after 2 days without a catch, he came back and put a camera down the chimney to confirm that there were no more racoons and no damage to the chimney. The chimney was then capped. Throughout the process, everything that was done was explained to me in detail and the work was performed very professionally.

I have lived in my home for two-plus years and have continuously heard skittering in my walls, which I thought was squirrels. I found out last summer that it was bats. I called Critter Control in September, and they were able to come out within two days to do the initial estimate. The admin assistant was very up front about how expensive this might be. I was still surprised. The two guys came out to evaluate the house and give me an estimate ($200); this took less than an hour and involved them climbing all along my roof and digging around in back. I was stunned by the cost ($1100), which did not include any clean up of the possible mess in my walls and attic, but after hearing the bats skitter a little more and catching a mouse running around the exterior of my home, I called them again. They were here within three days. I had three main entry points, and ten other areas of concern. They sealed up almost everything (except two hoods on my roof; not sure why they didn't do those) and put escape hatches on the soffits and a back gap so any bats within could escape and not return. I had two areas around the base of my house that needed to be sealed, too. They returned when I called them again to remove the escape hatches, and when I called them back to say thanks and ask why they hadn't removed the last one, someone was out that afternoon (a different crew did the removal; just missed it). The crew was professional and friendly. They were quick. I have had nothing moving around in my walls since they were here, for which I am very grateful.

Critter Control staff came out, set traps, and removed moles almost daily, preset traps where needed all over our 13 acre property. Good communication on follow up visits.
