Description of Work: The cutting down of the trees is amazing. They clean up everything and you would never know they were there. As for promptness, they are terrible. If you need service contact them 2 months in advance. They tell you next week...but it is a month or so (and a lot of phone calls) before they show up.

Description of Work: Russell's downed 2 large dead trees. I had 4 different companies provide quotes for the work. The quotes from 3 of the 4 were within $50. I chose Russell's because of the professionalism from the first call to the quote. They provided lots of information with the quote. They called the morning they came out to do the work and showed up on time. While they were here, 2 neighbors had them do some work for them as well. The work was done quickly and safely. I will use Russell's from now on.
