A Complete Door Service

Description of Work: My garage door broke on Monday morning. Mike was at my house and looking at my Garage door 2 hours later. After going over all of the options I had, we decided to replace the existing system with a new one, with a new lift. By Wednesday early afternoon, i had a completely new garage door and lift. From a time and service perspective, I could not ask for anything better. Mike minimized the inconvenience of not being able to get in or out of my garage. The new garage door makes a FRACTION of the noise that my old system did, and obviously looks a lot better. I could not be happier with the service that "A Complete Door Service" provided. Mike takes pride in his work and it shows!

Description of Work: Had a small problem with garage door banging continually when closed. Company came quickly, on time, and fixed the problem immediately. Just had to adjust the door closing on the unit. Was very helpful. Didn't get charged a whole service call charge of $89 but only $40 which I though was still high due to the fact that he was there for only 10 minutes and just literally turned the adjuster button on the unit. Still in all, would probably use them again.

Description of Work: The owner came out within two hours of my call to repair a garage door that would not open without keeping pressure on the opener switch. Within a short time, he identified the issue as a loose electronic eye; he secured it and the door works perfectly. He would not charge for the service call. As the door is 70 plus years old, I discussed replacement and will use this firm when I replace two garage doors early next year.
