Mike was really great to work with. We have a 90 year old house, with a 90 year old garage. I looked up garage door repair on Angie's list. A Complete Door Service had a great rating. Gave them a call. Mike said he would be by in an hour. Showed up on time, evaluated the problem, said he would go pick up the spring and be back in an hour. Returned within the hour, changed out the spring, lubricated and check the operation of the door, and was on his way. Thanks.

He repaired my door, installed my key pad, made product recommendations and ultimately saved me valuable time and money. A total pro! Will definitely be calling him when we replace our garage doors and would highly recommend.

Michael O'Dea was a dream to work with. He responded to my call first thing on Monday morning, sent text updates about his ETA and offered options and let us decide whether to repair or replace our opener. We decided replacing would be a better approach. Michael scheduled the install for a day or so later, texted ten minutes before his arrive, which was on time, and took our old opener away (a huge, very heavy piece of equipment!). I would hire Michael again any day.

I sent an email because it was too late to call. Mike called back the next day. I explained our garage door would only go half way up and thought it would be a broken spring. He came out on Saturday (which is pretty awesome) in single degree weather and took a look. He adjusted a setting and the opener worked. Mike is super honest he didn't charge us and this company will be doing all of our garage door work and needs from now on. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

The garage door couldn't open fully. I searched online for answers, found many but none could fix it. Found Michael here, the first thing he said was to check the springs. Lo and behold, one of the springs was broken. Michael came on the same day, and installed the new springs and a rubber bottom the next morning. I couldn't be happier!
