Mike was the consummate professional! He was so responsive and flexible. He came right when he said he would and performed the services on the day he promised. I gave an NA on price because I did not get other quotes. The fact that Mike was local and the other garage door services were not, was the biggest factor for me. I'll always support local if I can. Although I hope not to have to use Mike's services again any time soon, I will definitely recommend him to any of my neighbors who may need garage door repairs.

Although we went with someone else, based on his reviews, prompt response and professionalism, I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike in the future. The installer whose sticker was on the garage door called me about 5 minutes before Mike and was willing to come out immediately. So was Mike, but I had already agreed to have the original installer out.

Over the weekend my teenage son backed the car out of the garage he did not pull out far enough and caused bumper damage to the car and ripped part of the garage off as well as the garage door rail the garage door automatically rolls down on. This was a Saturday night. Monday morning I started calling garage service repair companies. Three of them were on Angie's List. Only one responded. Mike from A Complete Door Service. When something is broke you just want the repair guy to return your call and be responsive. Mike returned my call in 15 minutes. I explained that the garage door rail was bent as well as parts of the garage door was pulled away. Mike came out that day and gave me a high/low estimate. Just depends on how bad the damage was and if we needed to replace the rail etc. No problem. I told him the job was his. He had other customers he had to work on and asked if Wednesday was not a problem. No problem. Night before he texted me that he would be out Wednesday. Wednesday morning he texted me that he would be there at 1. He showed up on time and did a great job. My final bill was on the low end due to the fact that Mike was able to bend the original rails back into form. He did some light carpentry work on my garage to repair that damage. This guy is responsive and very good. Very happy with the job and responsiveness.

Mike was great! He was at our house giving a consultation/estimate within hours of our initial phone call. He gave two repair options/price points to consider and did not pressure us one way or the other. The actual repair took place within days of the consultation. He completed the work in a timely fashion and left our garage very clean. He changed our light bulb and oiled our garage track because he noticed it needed it and also provided advise on how and when to re-oil. Finally, we have small children and Mike was great with them. He let them watch as he worked and answered their questions in the friendliest of ways. I would recommend Mike to anyone without hesitation.

We received excellent service. He quickly responded to our request for an estimate. He gave us a reasonable price for the repair. When the parts came in and he came back to do the repair, he realized the original installation was in the wrong spot. Because he did not catch that on his initial inspection, he did not charge us the labor for the extra work involved in rectifying the issue. He was friendly, courteous, and great to work with. Mike came on a very cold January day to replace the garage door and the garage door opener. Prior to the installation he was out to provide an estimate and give us information regarding the different door options. He was knowledgeable about the products and answered my questions. He was in contact with me about the estimated delivery time from his supplier and scheduling an install date. Mike is a nice and honest guy who did fabulous work and cleaned up his work space. I absolutely recommend him for anyone needing a door or garage opener.

Mike was very responsive and really helped me out of a jam. I had another person that had quoted me to do the door, however they wouldn't return calls. I found Mike here on Angie's list and made a call. He called me back the same day and came out the next day to look at the job. The day after he was installing the door and was done within an hour. Came out the day we requested a quote for a new garage door opener, gave a fair quote. We called a few weeks later to schedule and he was available early the next week. He came, set up the remote entry from our cars, the key pad and the opener within 90 minutes. Awesome and easy. We will definitely be reaching out to him when we what to upgrade our garage door.

Mike, the owner of Complete Door Service, returned my call the same day I left a message inquiring about a new garage door and opener. He scheduled an on-site estimate two days later and gave me printed information on the various door and opener options. We discussed the options that would work best for our garage and my budget. He is an extremely experience installer who deals only in garage doors and openers. I followed his recommendation for the type of garage door and upgraded his recommendation for the opener to include a battery back-up option. He placed my order and within a week was able to schedule installation. On the day of installation, he removed and disposed of the old door and opener and installed our new door and Lift Master opener with battery backup. Total installation time was about 3 hours. We did have a problem with the door opener wall control which Mike promptly reordered a replacement and set the opener to perform basic operations in the interim. This issue was a manufacturers problem. A replacement wall control unit was shipped and Mike called me to schedule the installation. Overall I can highly recommend Mike for any garage door installation or repair. He operates a very good business and I was fortunate to find such an outstanding provider so close to our home.
