The entire process went very well. Mike was very responsive to my several service-type calls on my old door as well as scheduling the installation of the new door. The actual installation went quickly (about 2 hours including delivery of new door from the distributor) -- Mike is very efficient in completing his work! They did the job for $100 under the initial estimate and a day early. A day after I called to get the door fixed, they came with all the new parts. They removed the old door and opener, and replaced them. They were prompt and professional through the entire process. I have already recommended them to some friends who need garage door replacements.

The work was initially scheduled for Tuesday morning but due to mix up on service provider end, we were not notified. We received an apology and the work was done the next day with the disposal fee waived. Garage door looks great and everything is in working order.

I contacted Mike through Angie's List for an estimate which he provided over the phone. He found himself in the area of my house and performed the work. He left the old springs behind so I could verify both had been replaced. He indicated he lubed the door as well. Mike was very responsive, easy to deal with and professional. The price paid matched the estimate provided.

Returned my call for a service call in a few short hours. Mike said he'd arrive at our home the next morning about 11:00 and he was right on time. Once Mike checked to see parts were on the truck we agreed upon his price Mike got to work and had the springs replaced in about 15 mins. Wish ALL contractors were as reliable and efficient as Mike. Excellent. Mike fixed the door and the opener and told us he wasn't sure how long the opener repair would last. It didn't last very long so we were prepared for having to replace it. Mike came back and got it done.

I called Mike on a Sunday around 11 AM and left a message. He called back about an hour later which was a surprise considering it was Sunday. I explained the situation and he said he would be out Monday between 9 and 10. He showed up right on time. He took many parts of the door, cables, springs, brackets and the track apart and repaired all. Then adjusted the door opener tightened all parts and lubricated. Told me nothing needed to be replaced. The door works better than ever and maybe even better than when it was new. I would highly recommend A Complete Door Service and Mike.

Great. Mike showed up next day for an estimate, had the best price. I took a few days to get estimates and make a decision. Scheduling took some back and forth messages but ultimately he was available to install within the week after I called him back. He made an extra stop to look at the door again and was helpful bouncing ideas about door color. He dropped the door off on my driveway the night before. I was a little worried when it rained and the door was wet and in a puddle, but it's an exterior door, of course it's waterproof and not damaged at all. Installation was fast and easy with no mess. Highly recommend.
