"We were scammed! This is a horrible company to deal with. We paid an expectational amount of money for what we thought would be superior workmanship and materials. They put our siding up once. During the time they were putting it up, obvious issues were missed and the workmanship was very poor. We communicated this to the Manager and the worked continues. Finally they sent a regional manager after months of dealing with this. They took the siding all down and replaced it. Issues still existed, and we were told we can deal with it through Warranty. They offered a concession because the job was so bad, then told us I apologize for the delay in my response. I was able to speak with my manager, and unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a concession. Should any service issues arise in the future, your warranty will cover the repairs. Exxx Bxxxxxxx Lxxx Rxxxxx Axxxx Ixxxxxxxxxxx Mxxxxxx; Communication was poor the entire time and it took us almost 5 months. DO not use this company. I am surprised Angi has them on their website. Customer service is very low on Champion Windows priority list. St6ay away, do the research and you will find this is not the only complaint."

"We had Bone Dry replace six 15x15ft ceilings that were 150 years old, and were starting to crumble and fall. We had previously tried plaster washers to secure the loose plaster back to the lathe, but when we looked at places where the ceiling subsequently fell, it was clear that the lathe was pulling away from the ceiling joists. That meant pulling all the ceilings down and replacing them with drywall ceilings. Since we continued to live in the house throughout this complex project, I can't praise Bone Dry highly enough for their willingness to coordinate with us on each step, to tackle the messiest job imaginable, to clean up the mess, and to install beautiful new ceilings. We are very happy with the outcome, and look forward to working with Bone Dry on any future projects we might have."

I do not use them for dryer vent cleaning. My vent is only about 4 feet long. I do it myself. You may want to consider the length of your vent before having them do it. That could save you a chuck of change."
