Description of Work: Richard Hartwig was recommended to us by a friend. We had difficulty getting in contact with him. He got our address and stopped by without calling first, and we were not home. He called and said he would leave his card. He did and I called him. He said he would get back to us with an estimate, and we never heard from him again. I found out later that he didn't.want the job because of.our steep rood, but, hey, a phone call telling us that would have been nice.

+ -1 moreThe drain was repaired but the landscaping was sunk the first rain requiring dirt fill. The sidewalk bricks that were removed to do the drain were not put back and just left scattered. The sidewalk brick had to be returned to original state to walk on it. They did not complete that and left it.
Description of Work: We hired the contractor to repair a drain ditch.
