It went on schedule, as planned and smooth as silk! You have to understand, to find a company of individuals who perform a service beyond your expectations, especially in this day, is un-heard of. However, that is precisely what Window Wizards is all about. Enough said. The proof is in the pudding, try them for yourself.

They did an amazing job and were so quick and professional. She was able to work me in unplanned and shown up on time. Their work is worthwhile that I am using them again this fall. I will be on their schedule.

I was pleased with the prompt response to my initial inquiry. I found Window Wizards through grass roots marketing done in the Avon, IN area. I will absolutely use their service again the future. They where in and out of my home in no time and the windows sparkled! They also were able to clean the exterior of a very hard to reach, large 2nd floor window - something I could never have done on my own.

They were very responsive to my initial call. They gave me an estimate over the phone based on the number of windows we had. They called the day before to confirm we were still expecting them. They arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. They were courteous and friendly people and the windows look great.

The crew of 4 arrived earlier than the scheduled time and were done in about an hour. Very efficiently done. Windows and screens look great. I would definitely use them again.

They are fabulous. They bring in 7 people and are done very quickly while still doing a very thorough job. They will also take care of any extras I need for a very reasonable price.

Karla's Window Wizards showed up on time, were professional, quick and very good. All of our windows and screens are cleaned, inside and out. Karla emphasized her willingness to come back if I found anything I was dissatisfied with and was very interested in my overall customer experience. They cleaned all of the mirrors, too. Our light fixture in the foyer hadn't been cleaned in a long time and had burned out bulbs that I hadn't noticed. Karla asked if I had replacement bulbs and replaced them while she was on the ladder cleaning it. We have a couple of challenging windows in our basement and they, too, got cleaned.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service provider. The crew was prompt and efficient and did an excellent job. I can't say enough about the quality of the work, which was above and beyond my expectations. I referred Karla and her group to another person and they too were extremely pleased with the work. Both of us decided to become long term customers. I would highly recommend this company!

Karla, the owner, called months in advance to schedule a day, then she called the day before and set up a time. They arrived on time, and everyone was so nice. They did a wonderful job cleaning the windows, including brushing out cobwebs, etc. They also cleaned the window screens and the mirrors in the house. Karla made sure to tell me that it was a cloudy day, so if I had any streaks, I should call back and they would come back. They worked quickly and did a very thorough job. This is an exceptional company to deal with, and they are great at what they do.

They come once a year and they do a great job. They are really good and quick. She has a big crew so they come here and they will be done in an hour. They are really organized. Sometimes they also clean my gutters.

Called during the day twice to change the time due to weather during cleaning at other places. Finally arrived. They had at least 4 or 5 individuals doing the job. They failed to tell us we should have had our blinds raised. They were very rough on the blinds. Appeared to wrap our job up, maybe because it was the last one for the day. Dripped water on the hardwood floors. Still in too much of a hurry. Overall, with regards to the actual cleaning, the job was done well. We would hire them again now that we know how to be prepared when they arrive.

Window Wizards does a fantastic job! Owner, Karla and crew always arrive on time and clean my 42 windows quickly and efficiently. I have many plants surrounding my home and they are very careful where they place their ladders and supplies. The windows, screens and interior mirrors sparkle. I use this Company every year and will continue.

If I could give an A+ rating, I would! Fabulous job in all areas. Karla and her team cleaned my entire house of windows and blinds, and I have about 40 windows in my house. They were friendly, professional, extremely fast, and did an excellent job. I chose this company because of their great reviews, and because they had listed that they would clean blinds, a job that I hate. Karla added me to her list to contact me in the future, so I don't have to hunt down her phone number and call her again. Great company to work with!

Karla and her team were outstanding. They arrived on time and immediately started the job. Each team member had a responsibility and performed above and beyond my expectations. The ceiling fans and chandeliers were not part of the original agreement, but when I commented about them, Karla said they could handle my request for a small additional charge. Karla also put in extra effort to get the residue off of the window sills from insulation tape that I had put on. (Big mistake on my part!) They are in and out in a short time, being very careful not to track in any dirt and put everything back in order. A great service for the money.
