Window Wizards

Window Wizards cleaned my windows this afternoon and they look wonderful. The crew arrived on time, politely, quickly, and efficiently cleaned every window in the house, and finished with sparkling clean windows -- inside and out. I highly recommend Window Wizards and will be seeing them again this fall. It's amazing how this improved view makes the world look even better! I highly recommend them -- you will be delighted with the results.

Karla and her crew are very efficient and did a great job of cleaning our windows and storm doors. Stayed in communication on day of arrival to let me know of potential time change. Would definitely hire again!

Do NOT hire this company. I was a repeat customer and this time the cleaning was fine, however, several screens were damaged--at least 3 had a 4-5 inch tear. There were also smaller tears. I asked for repair costs and/or a partial refund and was told, "Your screens are very thin and the sun is very **** ** screens when they get old....we cannot be responsible for screens when they are bad to begin with." Regardless of the age of my screens, they were intact when this crew arrived at my house; when they left, the screens were damaged. They accepted NO responsibility for the damages, nor was there even a simple apology.

I found a rip in a screen after they had gone. I called the owner and she said it was already there. We could not come to an agreement on this. They also cleaned my atrium door and tried to charge me for that even though I specifically said not to do the atrium door. A screen was put back in upside down. An empty can that they had used was left on my dining room table. I was not informed of a trip charge until I saw the invoice. My furniture was pulled away from the windows and not put back. We did agree for me to deduct $20.00 from my invoice. I was told it was hot that day and they were in a hurry to finish.

Great! The crew was thorough and Karla inspected each window before they finished.

We have used Window Wizards for years. Karla is great to work with. She calls early to set up appointment; calls the night before and calls again if they are running behind schedule. No complaints from us.

All the windows are washed inside and outside in just a short amount of time. They clean the window sills and all window tracks if you have them. Absolutely above perfection!

They were fabulous. Karla and her crew zoomed in right on time and were quick and efficient. Very professional. Everything sparkled when they were finished.

I have used Window Wizards for several years, but the past two times have been major deviations from prior times. Last fall, a picture frame was broken and the front door was left unlocked. Today, a screen was dropped and forgotten. I put it back up in the window, as it was forgotten, along with cleaning the window! Two other screens were almost forgotten and a fourth screen was completely forgotten and left hanging outside; which I discovered, after they left. As they were leaving and I gave them the check and forgotten rags, from last time; the back door, window and screen had not been touched. Upon discovering the hanging screen in the bathroom, after they left, I noticed the track was still fairly dirty and went to inspect the rest of the windows. Nearly all window tracks, in each corner were still quite dirty, nothing like I have ever seen before. Every spring and fall, when I do my own heavy duty cleaning, as I know Karla has quite a busy schedule and living downtown, near I-70, my house attracts quite a bit of exhaust and soot, I always make sure to clean the windows, with the hose and power sprayer, from the outside, to minimize cleaning of the tracks and screens, so I was quite surprised to see the amount of dirt left behind, in the window tracks, after paying for cleaning service. Unless services have been reduced, that I was not made aware of, I am, unfortunately disappointed with the present level of service. :-(

I have used Window Wizards for many years. They always do a fantastic job. They are prompt, courteous and very professional. My windows were exceptional dirty this year and now they are sparkling clean.

The whole experience was fantastic and we would definitely hire them again. They couldn't reach the skylights in the attic roof, but I was kind of expecting that anyway. They were fast, friendly, and very thorough.

If you want clean windows go directly to Window Wizards. Karla Summers runs a great business. They are always punctual ( as long as the weather allows them to be). They are also so efficient. Karla arrives with her crew and quickly makes all your windows spotless. They are very careful in your house and outside, they all wear booties. They just cleaned 27 windows for me again for spring in under an hour. I've used Karla's service for several years now and have always had great service!

The price was $7 per window (screens included). We have a large home with a lot of windows so the total price of $280 might seem high because of that. This was our first time using Window Wizards and will definitely use them again. We had an appointment within a week from the date I contacted them, the crew arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. Although our home is not new, the windows had never been professionally cleaned before so there was a film still on there from the manufacturer. This was unknown at the time of our quote but was cleaned off without the usual additional charge for that service. All windows were not only cleaned, but opened and the dirt/dust brushed off around/inside the window sills. All screens were also washed and installed. The crew was also very knowledgeable about windows in general as they were able to point out some mechanical problems we have with a few them. I'm very pleased with their service and competitive prices. Highly recommend!!

Carla and her fantastic Window Wizards crew wash my windows twice a year, every year. In the Fall I only do the outside and in the Spring, inside, out and screens cleaned. They are always pleasant, very efficient and professional. I won't use anyone else.

Karla arrived with the crew on time in a cheerful manner. Her entire crew treated my house gently and respectfully. The worked quickly, efficiently and quietly. The job they do is amazing. This company has done a great job, they went above and beyond to clean all windows and mirrors above my expectation. They were very efficient, trust worthy, and inexpensive. I would recommend this company to any member of Angie's List, and will continue to use them in the future.

Window Wizards did a phenomenal job on our windows, inside & out. They also cleaned all the interior mirrors. They were very professional & punctual. My windows haven't looked this good in years. Highly recommended!

The provider kept me informed with a call about when our windows would be done because of impending rain. When that day and time arrived, the crew was prompt and efficient. She let me know the pricing structure ahead of time and we discussed it again when the crew arrived. They were efficient and professional and our windows are sparkling clean. They even found a rotting window sash for us. They apologized for finding it but I was glad to know before winter arrives so that we can get it repaired.

Fantastic! My windows were so dirty and now are so very clean. Karla arrives on time and the crew goes straight to work. They are very careful not to damage my landscaping outside. I have used Window Wizards for years and will have them back before winter to do the outside. I hate washing windows and they make it look easy.
