They did a decent job. But when the sun shined through in the morning it looked a little smeared. Most of them looked clear but I was a little disappointeddisappointed with that. I think they may have gotten in a hurry. I might use them in the future but I would just watch them a littlepointer and point as they go.

They were excellent. They worked fast and did a good job. The two ladies that came were both very nice. They worked well as a team and it didn't take them long at all. They gave me a small discount for being a member of Angie's List.

First, Karla was extremely responsive in returning my call for an estimate. She charged $5.25 per window which seemed more than fair to me as I hate cleaning windows. She explained that the screens would be removed and cleaned, sills cleaned and windows cleaned using cloth. Karla called the day before to confirm a time. I needed to revise from a morning appointment to the afternoon and Karla adapted easily to my request. She and her team arrived at 12:30pm ready to go to work. She organized the team and proceeded to really clean windows. We have been in our home for three years and some of the windows; i.e. basement had not been touched. Karla was not fazed by any aspect of the cleaning task. She and the team were meticulous regarding their task as I often heard a team member relay cleaning concerns that were addressed by Karla. Karla checked each window to ensure a thorough cleaning.

We were very pleased as they were able to come on the same day we called them. They arrived on time, started promptly and completed the job quickly.

I'd give them A's on all categories. They had a coupon for 10% for using Angie's List or senior citizens.

Window Wizards were a pleasure to have in our home. We will definitely have them come again in the fall.

I e-mailed Karla on Sunday afternoon, she responded Sunday night. She was booking two weeks out but when I explained we were having a party the next Saturday, she said she'd have her sister, Robin, come up from Greenwood to clean earlier. Robin and Nate showed up ON-TIME, introduced themselves, then had me show them what needed done. Karla did explain that Robin was not equipped to do work involving an extension ladder, but that she would stop by to that, if needed. Robin explained that Karla would bring by a ladder, but seeing mine asked if they might use that (she offered a discount on services in exchange for use of the ladder, but I told her that wasn't necessary). They went methodically from window to window, removing screens and inserts, washing the screens, windows inside and out. They were very conscientious about the house, wearing 'booties' to protect the carpeting. They were very polite, professional, completing their work quietly and quickly. I did find one window (a huge arched high window) that had a spot they missed and they gladly, and apologetically, re-did the entire window. They offered to put us on a six-month notice and we'll gladly have them back then. Our windows haven't looked so good in years!

Some of the tips of the screen were broken off because they were not put back in, and when I called her and told her about the damage she paid for the repair without any problem. They did the inside and outside the storms windows, it was well worth the price.

I called Karla and she was able to squeeze my home in the next day. Karla and Robin arrived and set to work cleaning the windows and screens. They were very friendly and organized. I had removed the curtains and made way to all the windows for them ahead of time. Karla was appreciative of that since it saved them time in getting to the windows. They were very thorough cleaning and scraping paint from the windows. All the windows really shone when they were done and they left everything very neat. Karla also pointed out a window over my front door that possibly had a cracked seal. As a first time customer they also cleaned all the mirrors in my home. All in all I would definitely use their services again. The experience was fantastic!

I was very pleased with the results. I have my windows cleaned twice a year and I will definitely call them back.

We were planning a big wedding in our back yard for our daughter when I realized that I forgot to get someone to wash my windows on the house. Two weeks before the wedding I am calling trying to find someone. Every body I called was booked up. Then I called Window Wizards and they too were booked up until after the wedding, but when I explained my situation they were pleased to squeeze me in. They were fast, cleaned up, and my windows were sparkling clean.

Answered emails very promptly, worked around our schedule, and time frame so that it could be done before putting house on the market. Cleaned windows quickly, well, and efficiently.

They were most professional and courteous. They called confirming the appointment. Karla is a pleasant, authentic and Godly person. It was enjoyable experience having her again this spring.

They were very polite and detailed. The original date was delayed because of rain, but they came the next day and worked quickly to make up for lost time. One of them even helped us change a flood light that was up too high for me to get to! The windows have never looked better, and they are very reasonable in their pricing.

They did an excellent job at $5 a window!! You couldn't find a smudge if you tried!!

THE WORKERS WERE CARLA AND SUE. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK! THEY FOUND ME A SPOT BECAUSE I WAS IN A HURRY. DID A GREAT JOB...DID EVERYTHING I ASKED, PLUS ITEMS LIKE MY FAN THAT I DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.
