Description of Work: They treated two large established ash trees in our yard for the emerald ash borer. They thoroughly explained the options and need to protect the trees agains this disease that has been killing trees in the area. They were also forthcoming with the disclaimers about the effectiveness of the treatment and the need to repeat it in the future in order to maintain protection. After reviewing the estimate and deciding to go forward with the treatment, it did take a several weeks to get the treatment complete due to the business having a heavy spring workload. I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Steve Menchhofer arrived at my home promptly and was very professional. He listened, understood and made recommendations for trimming three trees. I in particular liked the fact he took notes on what was being discussed. He provided me with a detailed quote by the very next day, which was a Sunday. I unfortunately have to defer the work to a later date however, I would not have any hesitation in calling him in the future.

Description of Work: I HAD SEVERAL TREES THAT WERE DAMAGED IN ONE OF THE SNOWSTORMS THIS YEAR. THE JOB WAS LARGE AND REQUIRED SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT. MENCHHOFER CAME IN AND REMOVED THE TREES THAT WERE DAMAGED, PRUNED THE TREES THAT NEEDED ONLY TO HAVE DAMAGED LIMBS REMOVED AND SHREDDED THE DEBRIS.
