My husband called them, and they were able to come out the next day to fix it.

Punctual, polite, knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone.

I spent about $150 for their service. They came when they said they were going to come. They fixed it in a timely manner and were out. I felt that their price was a little high. I would use their services in the future too.

I called them the day that I had the problem with one of my rental houses, which is in another city. They contacted the renters to make arrangements. They did it all very quickly. When they called me back they were very professional and told me when they would be going out. When they went out and checked the problem they called to explain my options. Then I gave them the okay and they fixed it. Their charges were reasonable and I was very happy with them. They made sure that they didn't inconvenience anyone, including the renters. They did everything on the renter's schedule. I will use them again in the future.

We have owned a Gladiator refrigerator for about 5 years, and in late in May, it wouldn't maintain temperatures in either the top frig part or the freezer section. In case you don't know the Gladiator line, it is a ruggedized "freezerator" manufactured by Whirlpool, for use in garages or areas where exterior temperatures may be less than ideal (like inside the home). We phoned Gregory's on the recommendation of a friend, and we were very pleased with the outcome. They made an appointment for the very next business day, and when the serviceman arrived, he even had all the parts in his truck. He diagnosed the problem in very quick order, and then replaced a thermal protector on the compressor. We were back up and running within an hour. We were so pleased that he had the parts with him, didn't have to order it (as most places seem to do these days!), and he was punctual, and friendly. Cost was reasonable too.

As indicated above the service call was made, part ordered and installed in a timely basis and the appliance is working well.

Gregory's Appliance Service did a fine job of fixing our washing machine at a reasonable price (lower than other companies that have worked on it in the past). The technician was informative and answered questions appropriately. He was on time and quite friendly. The machine worked fine afterwards, correctly spinning out the water. The only complaint I would have was that some dirt was left behind after the repair and a few days later the machine was making a loud noise but resolved on its own. I made a call to the company and left a message on their machine but did not hear back. However, overall, I would give an A for the promptness of coming out the day after the initial call and the job being done very well.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling properly over the weekend. We called them at 8 in the morning on Mon.and they were here by 9. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. They had the replacement part they needed in the truck with them and got it installed, no problem. They were friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable. Would certainly call them again!

Walter was able to come out the day I called and gave me several options to repair my refrigerator in the garage. He was very professional and I feel like he went out of his way to make the repair that day. I would definately use them again and will recommend them for anybody that needs an appliance repaired.

I called Gregory's Appliance Service Co on 9/2/2010. Mr. Gregory's wife answered the phone and was very professional and very nice. They came the next day to look at my washing machine. Mr. Gregory had to order a part. He rescheduled with me for the following Wednesday and came late afternoon so I would not have to take off work. He fixed the washing machine. Very proffesional in his job. He was very clean. Although it did not take him very long to fix the washing machine and change out the part I did not feel that he hurried thru the job. Mr Gregory knew what he was doing and answered all of my questions and also gave me a few tips about the washing machine. The price was within reason. I highly recommend this company. Small family owned. I will use again.

I left a message Monday morning and Walter's wife Emily returned the call an hour later. We made an appointment for the next day. As promised, Walter called about 20 mins before he came, in the window we'd agreed upon. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He found the problem, fixed it, and his minimum service charge was very reasonable. He showed me what went wrong (the door was out of alignment), and how to fix it myself the next time. He made it clear that he would welcome further business, but he was also careful not to intrude on our other provider. I am pleased to have found an excellent repair person, and would use him again.

He came out the same day replaced the ice maker. Very professional and courteous.

They came out and responded very quickly. They fixed the problem and were in and out. They were very pleasant and it wasn't that expensive.

I used them twice, and I loved them. They struck me as being honest, and they came out quickly. They fixed one thing, and I wasn?t sure if that was it. They gave me some things to try, because I am a kind of do-it-yourself person, and when that didn?t work, they came out a second time but didn?t charge me for the second call. I spent $150 the first time and about $79 the second time. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future if necessary.

We had relatevely new (2 y.o.) garbage disposal, which stated vibrating at some point, working louder and louder. It was still on waranty. We called Gregory's Appliance and scheduled time with them. Walter was very professional, punctual and polite. He has done great job, and we do not have problem with garbage disposal noise any more.

Greogry's had done work for us before and we had been very satisfied. They responded quickly, came the same day, explained the problem (the main board needed replaced), and fixed it. Good experience.

They arrived on time, worked in a timely manner, are both very personable, and did great work. Walter has repaired everything for me for many years from microwaves, ice maker, washing machine, etc. He does what needs done and he does it the right way without skimping and hurrying.

I was very happy with his professionalism and competent manner. I was not aware that they did all kinds of appliance work throughout the Indianapolis area and would use them again. They are a family owned business (Father and son).
