fine--appreciated honesty that new washer might be cheaper than repair on current washer.

Could replace panel with start button which would cost around $500 or technician suggested a work around to save this expense. I decided on just using work around and saved the money. Dryer now works.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We had to replace a part on the washing machine. He recommended that we price new machines vs repairing this one. We opted to repair since we wanted the machines to match when we sell the house. The part was ordered and we were back in business the day after the part arrived. Very pleased with the technician and the quality of care we received.

Did a good job. Took a bit to figure out the problem but he stayed with it and figured it out.

When I was informed they had not completed the service call; I called Gregory's Appliance Service and asked them come back and clean the coil and fan or refund my money. They said they would talk to the repairman and return my call.They never called back. They spent less than five minutes on the freezer and charged $89.00. This is an example of trying support a local business and getting taken advantage of. Additonally, I had Sears out a month ago to repair may washer, they worked 45 minutes and fixed the problem. Sears charged $65 for the service call. It says a lot when a big company is more honest than the local repair service.

Called in morning and Jim was here about 1:00 P:M: Was very friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.

Our dryer heating element went out this morning while trying to dry a load of towels. We looked on Angie's list for a service provider close to our home. We called Gregory's Appliance Service around 11:00 a.m. and explained what had happened to our dryer. The lady that took our call said she needed to make a call and would get back with us promptly. She did exactly that and told us that a serviceman would be calling and coming out today. The serviceman called within 30 minutes and said he was on his way. The serviceman that came to our house was very professional and had a new dryer heating element with him for our make and model. Once he changed it out, the dryer worked perfectly. I also asked if he could look at our washer because our cloths were not spinning as dry as I thought they should. He knew immediately what the issue was and cleaned out a filter in the bottom of our washer. He even took the time to show my husband how he could do this in the future. By around 1:00 p.m. everything was working great! We could not have asked for better service and would recommend this company. In fact we have already provided their name and phone number to a neighbor this evening.

It went well. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and then ordered a need ice bin as he said it would be cheaper to replace the entire unit rather than a few of the broken parts and pay him for labor.

My most used burner is now in good working condition. I did have to wait most of the day. He also had to come the previous day to diagnose the problem. So, I wait two days for the repair.

Walter is terrific. He always does a wonderful job, is very helpful and informative. We even choose to use him instead of the warranty and providers fromt he manufacturer as we trust him so much. I will definitely continue to use him and would highly recommend him.

Overall it went well. The guy showed up as promised and replaced the heating element in the dryer. It was very quick. My only complaint was that when I called at 10am to get an estimated time of arrival, the lady that answered wasn't very pleasant. I wanted to make sure that they knew which house to go to because there's a similar house with the same street number that is on Lane and mine was on Court. She was a little rude when I told her about that and said I should have told her when I called to schedule the appointment. (Maybe I should have, but it's been my experience that it's better to tell them when they are on their way because they never remember and always end up at the other house.) When I hung up from talking the lady, I saw that I had a voicemail. The repair guy called when I called the office so I never heard it ring. In the voicemail he told me to call the office number so I called back and the lady said she'd text him. He called me back a few minutes later and he wasn't too pleasant either. He told me since I didn't answer they don't come out. Well I guess shame on me for calling them at the same time he was calling me. Maybe they should take a second phone number just in case it goes straight to voicemail. I gave him directions and hung up. Maybe they were having a bad day. I've used them in the past and really liked them but today customer service was lacking. I don't feel like I got a great bargain for the price I paid so customer service goes a long way in having repeat customers.

They were actually very good. I haven't had any dislikes at all. They were very knowledgeable. They referred me to the guy and what needed to be done.

Came in and cleared the clog in no time and got the dishwasher going again with little wasted time or expense. Very courteous and professional in his work. Outstanding professional work.
