All went very well and as stated above we are pleased and recommend their company.

They came this morning to fix my refrigerator and my washer. Over the years they have fixed issues with my washer, dryer, and refrigerator. They perform great work, they show up on time, it is easy to make an appointment. They are friendly and knowledgable. I trust this company and would refer them to my friends and family.

We used Gregory's Appliance Service to fix a stand-alone ice machine for our church which was purchased off Craigslist. We were very impressed with the promptness of service and the information provided on how to avoid any scale build-up issues in the future. Will definitely call Gregory's next time we have any appliances that need repair. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Our Whirlpool Duet washer stopped distributing water into the drum last night. I called Gregory's Appliance at 9:30am and was told that the techs were booked for the 24th, but I could make an appointment for the 25th. I mentioned that I did need the washer, so the receptionist contacted Walter who called me and said he could come out the same day. He arrived at 3:15, and was finished by 3:52. All that was needed was some cleaning to my distributer motor and a good rinse. He didn't try to convince me to replace parts, he was comfortable with me watching, even went so far as to teach me what he was doing, and he also took a look at my hot water heater. Overall, I found Walter to be professional, friendly, prompt, and very good at what he does. I would recommend Gregory's Appliance to anyone who needs assistance with their appliance repair needs. Thank you so very much for assisting me and my family so quickly!

I called first thing in the morning, told them the problem, and gave them the times I would be available. They were happy to plan around my schedule. Walter came in a timely manner. He was very courteous and professional. He was informative as I asked him about other appliances as well. He found the problem and reset the thermostat. He also told me how I could do it myself in the future. I was impressed by that since he would not have had to let me know that it was simple for me to do. He was quick and efficient. I will also call them for any other problems I might have, even HVAC systems.

Gregory's Appliance was great. They installed a new part on my dryer. Our service man was polite and very competent.

Walter Gregory arrived when expected with all necessary parts and tools need to complete the repair on our dishwasher. He was very professional and efficient. It is a pleasure, in this day and age, to find a repair service that takes pride in their work and charges a fair and reasonable price. When we have our next appliance failure I will be phoning Gregory Appliance Repair.

He emailed me back early Christmas Eve morning and was at our house a few hours later! The gentleman was very friendly and professional. He discovered that the heating element had went out. Luckily he had a new one that fit our Samsung dryer on his truck. He had it figured out and our dryer back to working again in about an hour. This was fantastic, especially considering the holiday! It was a little expensive ($237), that was the only downside. Honestly though I figure I would have paid just as much through any appliance service company. I will use Gregory's if we need service again.

We awoke to what smelled like burning plastic and founf the refrigerator making an unusual noise. We called Gregory's Appliance Service at 8am and was on the call list to recieve service after lunch. Walter Gregory arrived promptly at 10am, as he knew we needed to get to work. The refrigerator needed to have the overload & relay switch replaced, which he did very quickly. He also found a "kink" in the water line which he fixed free of charge. Walter was very professional and courteous- we certainly would call for any further service needs.

Gregory's was out very promptly and on time to install the new coil. In addition to being very professional they also gave me some tips on where I could purchase an overhead fan filter at a low price! I will call them again if I need them.

The part needed was quoted at $150 by a supplier. He spent about 10 minutes calling around some other places and found the part for half the price, which I appreciated. I was very satisfied with the service. They have been in business since 1974 and it is family owned and operated by a father and son team.

The repairman was punctual, clean, knowledgeable and sucessful repairing our washer.

Was late - did not arrive at scheduled time. Set metal tool box on wood kitchen floor with nothing underneath it to protect floor from damage. Moved out/back in refrigerator with nothing underneath to protect wood floor. Identified problem and repaired quickly. Dripped water in several areas on floor and then stepped in it which created a larger mess. Per company information, there was supposed to be a 10% senior citizen discount. This was not honored. Only offered $5.00 off service call.

Overall the services was excellent. He was very honest in informing me on what was best to do for services as opposed to the cost of fixing it or buying a new one. He was great, honest, punctual, and very reasonable in prices.

I called Gregory's appliances on Monday morning a little after 8 a.m. Walter called me about 9:20 and told me he would be at the house in about 40 minutes. He was. He was great to deal withy even though I decided, with his input, not to have the work done. He unloaded the freezer so he could get to the area he needed to see. He loaded it back up when he was done. He gave me some tips on what he would suggest as far as brand for a new refrigerator. I will definately call this company if I need any work done on appliances in the future.

He was able to come out next day and was very professional. He called before he came and showed up at our scheduled time. He repaired washer and then also made it level by putting on the front legs it was missing. He was very helpful and courteous. The service was great.

Repairman was on time, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in one-half hour for the stated price. He also gave me a good tip to prevent future problems. Great job.

Gregory Appliance Repair We have used Gregory Appliance Repair, for many years and there is nothing bad at all about them. They do all the work on our rental properties.

They do excellent work. I would highly recommend them.

day called 15 min after 10 years ha ha will use again

I called at 8am and they gave me a 12-2 window that same day. He called right at noon to see if this was a good time and showed up 15 minutes later as promised. Very nice guy. He took a look at the dishwasher and thought we just had some major build up. He gave his opinion that the washer was looking pretty bad and we might not want to put tons of money into it. (I appreciated the advice because sometimes you never know how bad things are when you know nothing about appliances). Took some parts out, cleaned them and wet vac'd some out and then tested it out. Still not fixed. So he took it apart even more, all the way to the pump, going through all the tubes and cleaning them all out and discovered that the tubes were all but filled with build up. He cleaned it all up, got everything all back to nornal, then put back together again. He then tested it out and it was flowing like brand new. He said he thinks he got it back to the point of being almost brand new again and that if we clean it as he suggested (dishwasher magic 4 times today, then once a week for a month, then monthly from now on) we should be able to get several more years out of the washer. My total was $69 for the service call, $60 for the time it took him to clean it all out (about 90 minutes), and $20 for the one part he had to replace for a total of $150. I had a $5 off coupon from angie's list so $145 total. I was happy with this- way cheaper than having to buy a new dishwasher!

I don't remember what the service call cost, but it was stated on the phone and I thought it was reasonable. He came out right away, fixed our dishwasher, and explained everything. I was especially impressed with his professionalism when he discovered that we had been using another repair service that we were happy with. He made it clear that he would not compete with the other one for our business, but would be available if needed. In fact, he was interested in contacting that person (also a one-man operation) to see if they could cover for each others' vacations. I have kept his business card and would use him again.
