Description of Work: My water line on my fridge was not working. They came out to fix this problem. Someone came out, on time, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem (water line was frozen). I appreciated the fact that he was on time and figured out the issue, while charging me the minimum amount to service my fridge.

Description of Work: Great service and appreciated that he squeezed us in so that we didn't have to go all weekend without a dryer.

Description of Work: My dryer had a bad vibration. The blower impeller had broken. The repairman came out promptly Monday, had the right part with him. It was a difficult job to get the old part out, but he persevered (basically had to take apart the dryer and rebuild it) and completed the repair. All is working fine now.

Description of Work: My ice maker in my refrigerator quit working and Gregory's came out and charged me for a service call and ordered the part. The part took over 4 weeks to come in. When Gregory's came again to install part....it did not work either..... so they ordered another part, waited again for part to come it...only 2 weeks this time....part was installed and ice maker is still not working on my refrigerator. So I called Gregory's to inform them that this needs to be resolved. They didn't call me back until I called them again a week later. They called and said they don't know how to fix this ice maker. So they came back out and put all the old parts back on the refrigerator and are giving me a a refund for the parts, not the service calls. .....ICE MAKER IS STILL NOT WORKING! I am back to square one... 4 months later......

Description of Work: Service was prompt and very professional. Walter ran a full test on my refrigerator and explained his findings and gave a detailed recommendation for repair. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get the part and installed it all within a short length of time. The circuit board to be replaced was rather expensive, but his rate was reasonable for the work he did. We were very pleased.
