Description of Work: After being an hour late, I called the company back to find out where the service guy was. The girl that scheduled me on the phone gave me an 8:00am appointment. The service guy didn't show up until 10:10am .Other than the scheduling mishap, the service was good. He didn't take long to fix 2 minor plumbing problems and cleaned up after each job. I was able to use the $25.coupon so that helped.

Description of Work: It was Friday and they could not come until Monday - but because it ws an emergencu they sent someone anuyway. They fixed the problem and has worked ever since.

Description of Work: The service technicians came out reviewed the water in the basement problem and were able to fix/resolve the problem quickly. The $ 60.00 service call was more than a fair price to pay for piece of mind. I highly reccomend them and would/willuse them in the future.

Description of Work: We came home from a 2 week vacation and discovered that the bathroom in our lower level by the rec room had wet walls and a falling ceiling over the shower. We weren't sure of the source. Tiger Plumbing sent David out and he found that the faucet in the laundry room above the bathroom was leaking. My husband had turned it off before we left but the faucets were old and didn't close properly. Tiger was willing to fix the leak for a very small fee but we decided to get new faucets so there would not be a repeat of the problem. They were brass faucets. The work was completed satisfactorily and in a very courteous, pleasant manner.
