Came out the first time and told us to call Delta and get replacement for our automatic faucet. Did not charge for first call. We got the parts and they came back to replace. Great service!

I wouldn't recommend Tiger Plumbing to my worst enemy! Jeff came over and looked at our water heater, said it needed to be replaced so we scheduled it. He quoted us $1500 for the new water heater, installation and removal of the old one. They installed a dented water heater, left the old one still leaking water on the basement floor (into a bunch of boxes) and did not remove the old one. They said it "was too heavy" and they would send someone else out. My husband and I have both called Tiger Plumbing (the girl who answered the phone said it was odd that they didn't remove it) and left messages for Jeff to call and we have talked to him numerous times -- every time he tells us he will call us back that day with a solution. Never a call back. We told him he either needs to come get it or to reimburse some money since we will now have to pay someone to do it. Ridiculously unprofessional. DO NOT use them.

Tiger plumbing responded within 3 hours of my phone call. They installed my new water heater and took away the old one. The new water heater required some new plumbing which they did in copper. I shopped several other plumbing services and Tiger gave me an excellent and professional job for the best price.

Ross Rozora was great to deal with well versed in all aspects of his craft. Very promt, Honest and polite. Will use this company for any plumbing issue.

Called because when flushing toilets, water in other toilets would bubble up like it was going to overflow. They sent someone out the same day, Friday, to take a look at it. They determined that our sewer line was blocked outside of house. They gave us a price to rod sewer but said it would have to be done from inside the lower level of the house because there was no clean-out outside. They quoted me a price to install an outside clean-out based on location of sewer running along the edge of my driveway. They would have to break up part of the driveway to install. We decided to approve that work because we have two large trees along the sewer line and we know this is not the last time we will have to have sewer rodded. Their representative told me he would get back to me with a scheduled date. They called back same day to say that they could not do it until a week from Monday because their excavating equipment was scheduled out until then. They warned me to use water sparingly until then and not to use water in lower level at all because if the ejector pump came on, it could cause major problems. The locator services came out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to mark the underground phone, cable, gas and water services on our property. Thursday morning, Ross called to say they had a cancellation and they could come out that day. I eagerly accepted and he and Rick arrived by 9:30 AM and were finished by 12:30 PM. They did a great job, They barely broke up any of the driveway. When they got down to the level of where the sewer would be, Ross hand dug under the driveway to minimize the damage. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated that. We have rock hard clay soil here and that was a lot of work. I'm very impressed that they didn't take the easy way out but did a quality job. Sewers are now running smoothly. An added note: This is not the first time we have used Tiger Plumbing. We bought this house in 2008 and it was a foreclosure. House had been empty for over a year and water was not turned off before pipes froze and broke. Tiger plumbing came in and found and repaired 48 plumbing leaks. They did a quality job at that time also. 6 years later we have had no problems with the repaired plumbing.

Called to confirm appointement. Arrived on time, Very courteous and professional. Performed the task requested and then, on their own, found a source of a bigger problem and solved that too. Extra charge was reasonable. Will call Tiger for all future plumbing needs.

The house is 36 years old. Some adjustments needed to be made but all went well. The team was very friendly and did the job well. I am very pleased with the outcome.

The price was fair. They told me that the project would take two days, however they were able to get it done in one. They were very professional and I am very pleased with the work that they did.

Only problem was that i was told a they would be out between a 3 hour window, and they showed up about 45minutes after that. However I figured i would give them a chance since it was a cold day outside. Glad i did. Great job guys. Will call you in the future for my plumbing needs.

John and his son were very professional and quick. The drains and sewer line is clear and we can now take baths and wash our clothes.

Tub and toilet were an easy fix. House is on a cement slab so drains for sink and washing machine were nearly impossible to open. John was adamant and persistent to get that drain open. There is no way I would have had the finances to break open the cement slab and replace the pipes. I think any other company would have gave up and not tried so many times with so many different pieces of equipment. I am very thankful for how hard John his co-worker Jake worked to fix the problem without costing me a fortune.

It was reasonable and I was happy with the job that they did.

I found them on Angie's List where I liked the reviews they had. Their prices were fair and the work was done well. They sold me an ensign product that helps me keep the lines free from getting clogged up every few years.

Ross arrived with two helpers Rick and Jon. They cut off the cleanout plug to avoid the possiblity of breaking the plug since the plumbing was so old. They then sent the camera thru the sewer and Ross used some kind of locator to pinpoint the location of the backwater valve.The valve was found outside the house. Tigerplumbing then gave me an estimate for replacement of the valve which was fair considering the amount of work needed to complete the job. I plan on using TigerPlumbing in the future

Tiger plumber was supposed to be at our house at 9:30a.m. He showed up 4 hours later; he was tied up on a rough previous call. Their office did phone us to inform us he would be late, however. When Tiger serviceman, John, arrived, I showed him our problem drains, and he got right to work. Unfortunately, both plugged drains were stubborn to clear and open, but John stayed on them and got the job done. He also installed a new trap under our laundry tub, and was able to remove a broken pipe nipple in the relief valve on our hot water heater for me. A job well done by John Butvin!

After waiting all afternoon for them, I called to see their ETA. Said the person could not make the appt. Now it is Friday and they couldn't come back out until Tuesday.

Called Tiger Plumbing based on proximity and rating on Angie's List and told them I thought my water heater was leaking. The gentleman said he would be at my place in 15-20 minutes. It wasn't that fast, but lateness worked to my advantage (I was working from home) anyway. After a few moments he said he thought the unit was leaking from the bottom and needed replacing. A new unit with installation would be $799. I'll admit I was aghast at that price but have come to realize that price is not out of the norm for a plumbing company to do the work. I explained I could no way afford that right now and said I'd have to find someone who would install one I purchased on my own. He left - no charge. However, after a short time, I started thinking about it and went back to the closet area where this unit is (along with my furnace). Upon closer examination I was able to determine it is my drain line for my furnace/AC unit that is plugged and not the water heater at all. This surprised me and I wonder why this person did not think to check this out as well. At least I still have the $799 I would have spent to fix a problem that would have continued! I was VERY disappointed and although I probably should have done more research before calling, I am really surprised performing such a test did not come to the 'professional's' mind.

The plumber came and looked at the problem and recommended a replacement and to install a shut off valve so we concurred. He was courteous and efficient. The price quoted was $100.00 which was higher than another quote which was $75.00 but he really did a good job and we liked the recommendation for the shut off valve.

They didn’t even charge me, just informed me that it was our sump pump sucking up the rest of the water.

Abysmal communication. Called them on a Monday to come see why we had no water. Was told that they needed to contact one of their service guys to give me a better idea of what our problem might be. It's now Wednesday and still no call back. Finally, we called another plumber who's already been here and fixed the problem.

Jeff and Dave did a great job. Dave relieved my anxiety the day before when he came. He didn't mention any problems he had nothing but solutions. We were out of gas for 2 days (cold showers). They arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled. They cleaned up when they were done. They are now my new plumbers. Thanks.
