Description of Work: The workman was rude and brusque. The toliet pipes have stopped rattling but now the gravity toilet blows up bubbles and splashes badly when we flush, making even louder noises. He says it would go away (air trapped in the system) but it never has. I don't want to pay the same man to come fix his mistake so at some point we will have another person out to fix it.

Description of Work: Would recommend. They do great with small jobs or large jobs. They have done at least 6 jobs for LaSalle Realty Group from Plumbing Inspections, dewinterizations, freeze damage repairs, replacement of water heaters, and installations of all new fixtures such as toilets, shower fixtures, exterior spigots, etc. Thanks "The Plumber Team"!

Description of Work: I hired this firm to change insides of 2 toilets. The owner and an assistant arrived on time to do the work. Each one worked on a toilet. It took two hours for each one to change the flapper in a toilet. I notified them per internet 2-3 weeks after initial visit of problem with chain coming loose, but received no call-back. I had a friend fix it.

Description of Work: Installed hot water tank. Price was equal to other quotes we received. My daughter called them to come back and check it out a week later. She used all the hot water and she thought there was a problem. They came out and checked it out promptly and assured her all was okay

Description of Work: Replaced a broken water heater. We had just returned from a long stay in Florida to find our water heater leaking badly when we turned on the water. They came early the next day and did a fine job in installing a new heater. We were happy in all ways.

Description of Work: We originally thought we needed an injector pump, however Jeff told us we only needed a sump pump and saved us $200. We were amazed that someone would actually tell us the truth and SAVE us money. Plus he was here for less than an hour. They worked with our time slot without a problem the day we called, amazing. We will definitely use them again if needed and refer all of our friends and family.

Description of Work: My sump pump float switch was continuously stuck in the on position causing it to run incessantly. After ensuring the existing pump didn't have some sort of debris stuck causing it to run, the plumber went to work. He quickly replaced the existing pump. |I also had a leaking spigot that needed to be replaced. The majority of the labor cost was actually a result of this problem. I felt bad because he had to keep running in & out of my house because he just could not get it to "attach" to my brick home. Any type of screws or anchors just weren't gripping for some reason. |Ultimately, while he arrived at the tail end of the window I was provided, I am very happy with the work that was done. Also, the price was the best of anyone I contacted to get an estimate for the job. Also, the sump pump they installed had one of the better warranties. The representative even went into detail on why I would want their pump vs another brand/type.

+ -1 moreI wasn t too happy when I found out that I had to fix this issue because the blockage literally was near to the street. This company came right out and took care of the situation without a hitch. They were very professional and always courteous to us. I plan on using them again when I have to in the future and definitely recommend them to others.
Description of Work: We had very bad clog in our main sewage pipe leading out to the street. This company came out with cameras and snaked down into the line to find the exact location of the blockage. They then had to close of the street and back hoe dig down and replace the piping, going through concrete and dirt. This took 4 days to complete and they replaced the concrete and dirt and cleaned up, taking all the waste away with them when they left.
