They will answer all my questions, and they are very good at coming up to a solution to an unexpected problem. They were recommended to me by a relative and they also had great success with them. I will use them again.
Description of Work: They unclogged a drain in the crawlspace and also repaired a leak in our laundry room that was in the wall.

 + 0 moreThey are very professional. Commercially their pricing is probably within reason, but for me they are more expensive than I expected. They are good and know what they are doing. They have also installed a shut off valve on our house so water from our sewage wouldn’t back up into the house. They are very efficient.

 + 3 moreI am very happy with them. I always call them when I have a problem. They are very good. I have used them since I moved into the south 20 years ago. They are really nice people and their price is reasonable. They do a very nice job and they clean up after themselves. They practically lived in my house when they were digging up the basement for a week. They were here on time and they left on time. They are also very professional. Their names were given to me by a friend who would use them and I have used them ever since. The only time that I have used somebody else was on a weekend when they were on vacation when I called and I wanted something done with the sink immediately because I was having people over and they did not get back to me until Monday because they were off for the holiday too, otherwise, they are the people that I call first.
Description of Work: I use The Plumber Incorporated for unclogging the toilet, digging up my basement, rerouting things that are not done correctly, putting in pumps, doing plumbing on my bathtubs and fixing any plumbing emergency that I have.

 + 0 moreI was having draining issues, and the toilet was leaking very badly. I bought a repair kit but couldn't shut-off the water because the shut-off valve in the bathroom and the main one downstairs wouldn't turn - frozen. The kit I bought wouldn't have worked completely b/c the house is old and the seal in the kit wouldn't fit. The plumber had to go back to their warehouse to get the part needed. They were quick and knew what they were doing. I am very happy with the results and their work.

The job that they did for me extended over a 24-hour period. It was a big job. I found them to be hardworking. Their job took longer than what they thought it would and they needed to juggle other customers and I think they treated me very fairly. I would use them again in the future if necessary without question.

 + 2 moreThe two plumbers that came out were on time, friendly and very professional. Their work was outstanding on all four of the jobs that I had them do for me. They had all needed parts, completed the work very quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. I will always use this company for my plumbing needs in the future!
Description of Work: I had them fix a slow running drain in the kitchen, install a garbage disposal, fix a gas leak near the kitchen stove and fix a leaky (running) toilet in the bathroom.

 + -1 moreArrived late. Came in to replace a shower valve that was leaking. Need to cut an access panel in the tub wall. They did it very neatly so repairing the area will be easy. He excused himselt outside to do some soldering and explained why he did it this way. After the install he tested for leaks and so see if the adjustment valve functioned. There were two guys. In and out within 1 &1/2 hours. The guy was very honest and said that we had purchased a good quality valve (replace a Gerber with a Delta). He said that the Lowes, Home Depot and Menards valves are usually cheaper than what you would purchase thru a plumbiing supply place. We puchased ours on Amazon. I was very pleased with the work, the quickness and the honesty of the guy. I would use the company again.

Also, after telling them of some low cold water pressure for our washer, they cleared the screen on the inlet hose and fixed this problem as well. No additional charge! This company was highly recommended to me by a cousin. A first rate job at a very reasonable price. I will be using them exclusively from now on!
Description of Work: We had a cold water pipe leaking inside our laundry room wall. The leak was quickly diagnosed and repaired in less than one hour, including cutting into the wall. Everything was cleaned up after the job.

While the cost a high in my opinion, they did come out a.s.a.p. so I couldn't argue with it! I would use them again and recommend them.

 + -1 moreA few months ago we purchased a new refrigerator and had the water line installed. The problem was that the conection had been made to the unsoftened water line. These guys corrected this and patched the pipe. The new correct connection was made to a new line they installed. Copper instead of the plastic that had been there. They did a very nice job. We recommend these guys highly.
Description of Work: They gave us an estimate to re-install a water line to my refrigerator correctly and to run copper piping in the crawl space from the furnace room to the sink in the kitchen. They did the work today.

 + -1 moreI didn't ask about an estimate, my mistake! He didn't test for leaks and I didn't notice a leak until he was gone. The faucets are not attached to the house and move around when turning on and off. They stick out too far from the house and he didn't caulk the void around the supply pipe, bugs and cold air can come into the house. I should have complained more than I did about unfinished job. He did come back and fix leak and put in 1 screw to attach 1 faucet to house. Won't use them again!

Description of Work: Our battery backup system on the sump pump was triggering an alarm, it was checked by the technician and he repositioned the wires. He checked the pump pipes and checked the outside flow, as it was overflowing into the outside drain pipe. Next checked was the end of the pipe in the field, where he dug a bigger trench for water to flow. He then made the outside pipe drain solid to force the water into the drain and not to overflow. This required resizing and sawing. He suggested if this didn't work, they had a forced air machine that might be needed in order to unblock the pipe, but so far it's working well. He rerouted the soft water drain into the pit instead of outside. He changed the pipe from the hot water heater not to rub against a 2 by 4 used for support, which stopped a rattling noise through out the house. Finally, he sized, secured and glued a pipe loose in the attic.
