Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for 3 Air Samples of Mold Testing.

Description of Work: Gary came to do the mold testing, and saw mold so he said it was pointless to do the test as it would be positive. We talked about a solution and he provided a quote for demo and remediation. This work was completed well. His team was professional. Gary was supposed to come back to do the mold test for the coupon, but has not been able to schedule a time, which is why I am requesting a refund for the Big Deal.

Description of Work: Had to call company to set an appointment. Company said he might be in the area and would call. Never called. Left message several weeks later and said he was having car trouble. Never heard back. Called angies list and asked for refund

Description of Work: Mold inspection. Entire house. Took samples of the air including attic. and produce report with cost estimate. House was sold therefor did not perform service. His work ethics as well as work was very professional.

Description of Work: There were no services performed. I contacted Indecon to try and redeem my coupon for mold testing. They were nice enough on the phone, but limited availability. They were supposed to follow up with dates they would be in my area (around their own schedule.... not mine), but never did. I also emailed them some dates I was available and received no response.

Description of Work: Mold removal from garage. Indecon removed mold, dry wall , insulation from my garage walls and ceiling. They then installed replacement insulation and dry wall. Mr. Hofer was very professional and accommodating in estimating, scheduling , and installation . I am very pleased, would not heisitate using his company again. I only got one estimate to do the work, therefore I have no firm opinion about price. I received the Angie's list discount as well as a senior citizen discount . His workers arrived on time as promised, cleaned up very well and left the floor cleaner than it was when they first came. His workers were very courteous and friendly.I have nothing but good things to say about Indecon and Mr. Hofer in the performance,
