It went very efficient and precise on time as he promised. Even he answered my questions after home inspection. His inspection report was very detail for good and bad sides of the house. So, seller convinced his report then decided to give us credit for repairs.

Greg inspected a house for my husband & I and his report was very detailed. He answered all our questions over the phone since we were out of town. He also emailed us the report complete with pictures. It was easy to understand and read. We really trusted his opinion and will definitely use him again and would recommend him to our friends. He was very thorough but obviously he didn't check every outlet because the house was still occupied and he doesn't move furniture. He doesn't test for mold mildew or radon. Overall I was extremely pleased and felt I got my money's worth and he was personable and professional. I highly recommend him.

Very prompt, thorough, and professional. Inspector went over every detail with us and was able to provide us and the listing agent with a full report within a couple of hours. We will definitely refer this company to family and friends and will use it the future if the need arises. We liked the fact that the company allowed and requested us to be present during the inspection and the cost of such a detailed service was lower than most of the competitors.

I was a first time home buyer looking at a foreclosure so I wasn't sure what to expect. Gregory was very thorough and took photos of everything for his report. After going over everything, and I mean everything, he then explained it all breaking it down to immediate needs, DIY projects, and 'honey do's'. He was so thorough, he even discussed how to repair the window glazing and the weights in the windows of this 100 year old home. When it was discovered that the house had not been dewinterized, he offered to inspect the plumbing without an extra charge. The inspection ended around 6:30 and I had a full report with pictures by 10:30. He made this process much more manageable than I thought it would be.

Greg is the best, most proactive, responsive service provider. There were issuses with getting the utilitities turned on for the insepction and Greg went above and beyond the call of duty contacting the Realtor to make sure that the inspection occured as scheduled. The day fo the inspection, he arrived early so that by the time we got there he had already setup and began some preliminary observations. Unfortutnately the water had not been turned on so Greg was not able to provide a full insepction of the plumbing but was very willing to come back to inspect the plumbing once the water was on and he indeed, very kindly came back about a week later once the water was shut on to inspect the plumbing and even assisted with collecting and transporting a sample of insulation for ia follow-up evaluation. Greg went above and beyond the call of duty, in every aspect, to inspect this home. I live a couple of hours away from where the home was being inspected so I felt extremely blessed to have someone like Greg to help with the inspection process. I recommend Greg wholeheartedly! I rated his services as an "A" only because "A+" was not an option. His fee was very reasonable and we received much more from this inspection process than we ever anticipated...THANK YOU Greg!!!

The inspector was prompt, courteous, and he was very thorough. My husband met him, and he was very impressed. For just being a condo, he really checked even more than we expected. He charged $200, which was better than we could have hoped. Definitely recommend!!

Greg showed up at the home inspection on time and prepared to do his job. He inspected the outside of the house and roof, garage, and inside of the house. Each time he found something of concern, he told us what it was, and explained to us why it was a concern. He was extremely thorough, professional, and polite and very knowledgeable. First off he was very punctual, he was there before me and already starting the inspection. He is a very nice man and explained everything to me, answered every question I had and, pointed out every potential problem that may come up and how to remedy it. Extremely knowledgable in all aspects of home construction and I was very comfortable with him being he is also in the Fire service. He went through absolutely everything in the house and out and in the attic and on the roof and all around the outside. When he was done I felt very good about buying the home knowing I wouldn't have any major problems and the minor ones he did find could be remedied quickly. He sent me a 29 page report that same evening and was very easy to understand. I would recommend Greg to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Greg is absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him. We needed to get a home inspection in a short 10 days and he was able to work us in to his schedule - ON A SATURDAY - so that we could move forward with purchasing our home. He is thorough, prompt and so nice. He went through and explained the things he saw with us and made sure we had a clear understanding of what he was doing. Our home is in Valpo so he isn't limited to just CP. He also performed a water test as our home is well water. His services were also the MOST reasonable out of all the options (we looked at 6+). Because of his excellent work, we feel confident in our home purchase. You just can't get any better than Greg at Five Bugle!
