I called Greg as a first time home buyer as soon as my offer was accepted. He was able to help schedule an inspection within a few days. He took the time to walk me through what he was seeing and did not mind having me tag along for the inspection day. He got the report to me that evening. Would certainly recommend

Very thorough inspection and report. The inspector definitely was looking out for safety deficiencies that you would never expect. Every single outlet was checked and every system. Well worth the money. Definitely would recommend 5 bugle inspections to everyone I know. Greg was thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain different issues with me and how repairs could be made. He helped me to understand why issues that I thought were a concern really weren't - he gave me examples of what would be considered bad and then reminded me of how things were in my home and how I didn't fit the reason for that concern. It all very informative and reassuring. And within 2 hours of him leaving my house he had my report completed and emailed to me. I can't recommend him enough.

Inspection went great, all safety issues were addressed, any issues that were not up to code were addressed as well. Any concerns and items that were to look out for in the upcoming future were addressed in great detail. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone for an inspection.
