Description of Work: Pressure cleaned and restained the wood plank flooring of a 3-seasons room (approximately 9x10') and outside deck approximately 3-4' x 9', including the flooring trim in the 3-seasons room, the outside deck's stairs (7 steps), surrounding rails of the deck and steps, and 2 sides of wood planking that were outside and under the 3 season's room (approximately 4-5 feet high by 9 feet and by 10 feet. I supplied the paint on my request. It took awhile for the work to get started; however, it wasn't due to Express Painting. The weather was not cooperating and was worst than normal: you could not paint outside without the possibility of messing up the paint job. Once they did get started, the work was done in a timely fashion, and I have no complaints. I would use them again. It is hard to fairly grade on the cost because I don't know the average cost/price on something like this, but it was within reason.
