Express Painting and Pressure Cleaning

We used this service several times. Joey is our go to man. We used them for the exterior of our house and deck restoration. We just got our interior completed throughout the winter, and we are pleased with our turnout and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to use a nonsense company, that takes great pride in their work. True professionals!

The company did a fantastic job. The house was covered in mold and needed power washing. The company did that, filled in holes, and painted the house as well as power washed and painted the fence, garage, and carport. They power washed and stained the decks as well. Great company and really quick response. Work was done with care and the house looks about as new as it can given it’s’ age.

They reasonable, diligent, efficient and fast.

My wife and I worked with Joey Soto at Express Painting. He came out right away to quote re-staining our deck. We hired him for the project and he was here the next day and did a very thorough job of cleaning and preparing the deck. He came out the following day and completed the job. Work went just as expected as we have previously hired this company for exterior painting. They did an amazing job before and once again exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them. We hired Express Painting for a color change and added some additional details to our home. Joey is so professional, and knows exactly how to apply colors including prep work prior to painting. They also take all precautions to make sure everything is properly taken care of and not damaged. (Outdoor decorations, plants, etc) I feel that their work truly lasts a long time without needing to redo anything too soon. Estimate was right on our budget as well. Great service providers and great prices. We had our exterior house washed and painted after 20 years and it looks fabulous. Very detailed painting service. We had them back to paint the foyer in our home, two stories high. We needed some one we could trust. Joey is the man.

The work was completed in a timely, professional and courteous manner! Joey and his work crew were meticulous in the power washing, scraping (including with a sharp knife), sanding and caulking of our entire home prior to applying primer on bare areas plus all window sills followed by two coats of Benjamin Moore Aura Low Lustre Exterior Paint. I don't think any of the other contractors that we considered would have left our home looking so good especially with no evidence of the locations of previously peeling and bare areas.
