Joey Soto and team pressure washed my condo and did an outstanding job. They were very responsive and timely. They did an excellent job for a fair price and I would definitely use them again. My condo looks like new.

Found these guys while searching Google. I called and left a message, and got a response within minutes!! I texted Joey photos of my home and was given a satisfactory price for all the work I need! These guys came out and introduce themselves and got to work!! My home look brand new thanks to them!! Joey was even kind enough to get on the roof and replace a few missing shingles! These guys are the ones to call!! Total package here, you will not be disappointed. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced, and they don't leave a message for you to clean up later! Very satisfied with the work done on my home!

Joey and his crew were fantastic. Extremely professional, neat, and got the job done within our time frame we needed. After the power washing, our house looked brand new, and the paint job made it absolutely amazing. We have a good sized house, and they were very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

They were very responsive and very good. I had many quotes and chose Express Painting due to how Joey handled my requirements and the price. I needed this done soon and he was able to get me on his schedule quickly. They absolutely live up to their name. Once I called him he was there the next day and the job was done within a week. What started out as a DIY project quickly became something we could not do. We found Joe on Angie's List and brought him out for an estimate. He gave us our price and we paid him. He was out the next day and that night he called us and told us he really could not in good faith use the product we purchased as it would peel. We agreed and Joe purchased restorative stain instead. We could not be more pleased with our deck! Joe and his team were fabulous! Prompt, quick, clean and expert! We are having our entire interior painted in the fall and Joe is most definitely our guy! Joey and his crew did a fantastic job on the exterior of my house. They started by powerwashing the entire exterior. They caulked wherever there was a gap around the windows, doors and trim. My house is cement-fiber sided with a lot of trim. The house looks new again. Joey kept us well informed about his schedule. He arrived when he said he would and worked until dark. His crew was friendly and professional. They cleaned up at the end of every day. He even power washed the concrete floor of my front porch and walkway. They were very respectful of the plantings around the house. There was not a drop of paint to be found on the ground or roof. I would definitely rehire this crew.

A review was written by me two reviews down and as a first time user of Angie's list I did not recognize that this was the wrong service provider that I reviewed. Express Painting was never contacted. Therefore, the earlier review should be be ignored as it refers to another company. This is my error and should have no negative reflection on Express Painting. Having now met with owner Joey Soto we intent to give him an opprotunity to provide this service to us.

Joey was great to work with from start to finish! He returned my call immediately when I first reached out to him, came to my house and gave me a quote within a couple of days. He kept me updated as to the start date of the job and kept me updated via text through out the entire process. I highly recommend him. The house looks beautiful and new! I plan to hire him to paint my interior soon!

I am very happy to report that we had an excellent experience with this company we needed someone to glaze and paint the exterior windows in our home to get prepared for the winter season seems no one can do the job I could not find anybody that specializes in it Joe came out and said that he actually did specialize in it so he took care of the job and did an excellent job at that we also had him take care of our front dining room walls and ceilings and trimming out the doors we also had him install two storm doors front and back and power washed our front concrete stoop and driveway everything was excellent I love the way they work they have excellent attention detail and his crew was very patient with doing the work they took there time to get the job wright . Signing up for Angie's List let me to find express painting gave me the exact type of quality and service I was seeking when i signed on to Angie's List

I had an excellent experience with Express Painting. We had just closed on our house and needed someone to paint the interior of it and do it fast so we can move in. After meeting with the owner, Joey, he assessed the job and he was very detailed in what needed to be done, we were very fortunate to have the project started within two days after meeting with him and completed by the end of the week. He gave us a day that he would be complete and he was done just as promised. We had more painting on the exterior that needed to be done; windows, doors, power washing, we had also mentioned to Joey that we needed storm doors installed and he offered his services for that as well. This company does very thorough work. They do much more then painting, I don't know why they only advertise painting. I will use express painting whenever I need a project in my house done. Highly Recommended.

Wow, Joe had his work cut out for him on our house. We moved into an older home with exterior paint that had faded, chipped, bubbled and cracked. We hired Express PAINTING and Power Cleaning because they had previously provided excellent interior painting. They did it again! Joe and his employee, Justin, used quality paint and minded every detail. I certainly appreciate it because I am a perfectionist too. THANKS!

Joe painted the entire interior of our home. Most of the original walls were veige, but one was a very dark burgandy/brown. The results were perfection! The coverage was complete and the ceiling/wall lines were amazing. Other family members have even noticed the straight lines and absence of any wiggles on moldings, etc. Noteworthy, also, is how safe I felt with him in my home. I was often there while he worked, but also trusted him to work without me home.

We used Express Painting because we used them before. Joey and his crew did excellent work as usual. We had them back out to do some kitchen painting and two bathrooms, and we also had our front deck power washed and restained. The biggest difference between Express Painting and other painters I think is that your not only getting a paint job, but your also getting a lesson in painting. Joey is very knowledgeable and has been doing this for a long time. He knows what products will and will not work. Joey is also always present. We used Express Painting before to have our rear deck restained and we were so impressed on how long it has held up. When we decided to do our front deck we called Express Painting right out. It was a pleasure doing business with them again. They always keep a clean work site and have positive attidudes. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have quality work done.

Provider was very accommodating to get the painting job done on schedule. He and his crew were very punctual and professional. Attention to detail is outstanding. They completed the job very quickly and were very, very thorough in their work and cleaned up totally when finished. Mr. Soto's work may not be the lowest price, but it is surely the best. You get what you pay for. I had several other quotes that were considerably less, but I am more than pleased that the work performed was well worth the price I paid. I would not hesitate to use him again. And in fact, will use him in the future to power wash our house.

Joe was a, on time, and trustworthy. The quality of his work was notably better than the other painters we have hired. We plan on asking him to help with exterior work soon.

Joe did a great job on repairing some unsightly cracks and painting the trim ceiling and walls of our entire house. He was trustworthy and we are looking forward to contracting him to help us with our exterior.

Joey responded quickly to my call and was able to start the next day. He was very courteous and professional and also went above and beyond painting and was able to do an extra job of caulking a second story window that had been leaking.

Joe promised a completion date and even with the bad weather he made it happen.. Our dock was in bad shape & even thought it may need replacing. But Joe brought it back to life with repairs, pressure washing and stain. Joe is dependable and does excellent work.

I had an excellent experience with Express Painting. We had three estimates by three different companies. After meeting with each one of them we decided to go with Express Painting, which was our first estimate. We felt quite comfortable with Joey the busiess owner due to his excellent reviews. He came in right on budget and the fact that he was going to be on sight was definitely a plus. They power washed the exterior vinyl siding throughout our house and it came out amazingly clean, they scraped and glazed all windows, and followed by priming needed areas. They applied two coats of paint to windows, doors, and soffits throughout house. They did an excellent job, so much in fact we had them do some interior work as well and painted our living room and dining area right on time for the holidays. I can't say enough about his company, they were very professional, courteous, and smooth selling all the way through. I was fortunate to have found them on here. Our new house feels like a new house, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company.
