Joey just finished powering washing my driveway and sidewalks and let me just say that they look like new!!! Joey called me back within an hour and was able to fit me in right away. He arrived on time and even worked in the rain! Thanks Joey!!!

We are very fortunate to have hired Express Painting and Pressure Cleaning. It was a pleasure working with Joey, the owner. He is very thorough,knowledgeable and a detail orientated type of a contractor. After several attempts to hire several contractors resulted in failure too busy too long of a wait, Joey got to us when he said he would and did a fantastic job. Him and his crew cleaned up on a daily and kept us up-to-date on what was next. This company is managed by high-quality painter and high quality individual. I Highly recommend for anyone looking to be hassle-free.

Our home hadn’t been painted since my wife and I did it 20 years ago. Joey and his crew power washed, scraped, did minor repairs, primed and re-painted our entire home and did a fantastic job. Joey is very professional and kept me apprised on how the job was going and any issues he came across. He even took care of some re-glazing that needed to be done. When he finished everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. The house looks beautiful again!

Joey Soto, owner of Express Painting, was an extremely talented painter. He power washed the entire project and masked everything very very well. He kept us informed of what was going to happen and approximately how long it would take. He even helped pick out the color, which isn't as easy as it sounds when the samples are about 2x4 inches. My wife loves it. We have had several compliments from neighbors and one asked for the name of the painting company. We are very pleased with the results and would hire Express Painting again without any reservations. Joey Soto takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work and the results show it. We were very happy with the job. I called Joey and he returned my call with an estimate the same day. He was able to do the entire job the next day. Joey did the work himself. He was very thorough, careful and did great work. We had alot of green mossy like stains on our gutters and siding; it was all gone after Joey was done. He was even careful to spray down all landscaping and grass both before and after the cleaning application. It was amazing how Joey's work transformed the appearance of our house. Our siding and gutters in particular almost look brand new instead of 18 years old. One word of advice: the cleaning solution does have a strong smell, so if anyone in the house is sensitive to that, just don't be home during the job. The smell goes away quickly after the house is rinsed off and everything drys. All in all, excellent job and we absolutely would rehire Joey to do this again.

They did an amazing soft wash and it came out better then expected and they got my deck done fast right when the weather broke so now i get to enjoy my beautiful deck this spring and summer. They also painted my living room and its very large and i was impressed with their clean job

Joey was very quick to respond and great to work with. He came one afternoon to provide an estimate, and the work was done the next day. We could have probably gotten a better price elsewhere, but I was looking for a quick turn around.

Joey provided a quote the same day I first called. His quote was very competitive. When the job started, Joey had a crew of four painters each day. The crew was professional and courteous. They finished a day earlier than planned even though they applied multiple coats of paint, and patched some damage. I highly recommend Express Painting and would use them again.

This past March I had Joey paint our master bedroom and bath and made sure to book him for the exterior job as soon as the weather was good. Needless to say, this is a very positive review and quite easy to write because it's been easy to build trust with Joey. Not just for the ability to get a job well done for a fair price but also his attention to detail, knowledge of products needed and the applications. Since he finished, his work was recognized and complimented by a siding person and a commercial window washer who noted how great a job my painter did and that the solution he used for power washing actually made cleaning the windows easier. He made my house look brand new. It is a good feeling to find and have a person or persons you can truly trust for services and coming into your home.
