"An upstairs window in our older home began to leak after a major snowstorm. Eric worked with me to come at a convenient time and he spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem--which, unfortunately, cant be fixed until warmer weather. In the meantime, however, he did everything he could to help stop the leaking. We were extremely impressed by how much time he took to analyze the situation and how kind he was to do whatever he could to take care of it temporarily before it can be fixed in the spring. We will definitely be calling Eric about future house projects and recommending him to friends and family."
