+ 1 moreEverything was excellent. They were very customer-friendly. They fixed everything I asked them to. They came up short on some tile in the bathroom and they left this out of the cost. Lowe's came back and finshed the tile floor that they came up short and no charge.
Description of Work: They put in hardwood floors for us and ceramic tile as well as granite countertops.

+ -1 moreAll I had to do was give them a call and they were able to help me place my order through the phone and get the installation scheduled. The only thing I had to go in for was to sign the paper work. They had the door ready to install within 1 week and they called and followed up so they could check how my experience had been.
Description of Work: I gave this company a call to purchase and have them install a storm door for me.

+ -1 moreWE'RE PLEASED WITH THE CONTRACTOR, BUT WE'RE VERY UPSET WITH THE LOWE'S COMPANY FOR VARIOUS THINGS. THINGS WERE ORDERED WRONG, WE HAD TO WAIT AROUND IN THE STORE FOR THREE HOURS FOR THEM TO PLACE THE ORDER, AND THEY DIDN'T RETURN OUR CALLS. I CONTRACTOR THEY PROVIDED WAS EXCELLENT, BUT I WOULDN'T BUY FROM LOWE'S AGAIN.
Description of Work: OLD CABINETS WERE REMOVED AND NEW CABINETS WERE INSTALLED.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE FINE. NO PROBLEMS. THEY WERE CONVENIENT BECAUSE IT S A NATIONAL STORE, AND WE WERE JUST ABLE TO GO AND GET WHAT WE NEEDED. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THEY PROVIDED THE INSTALLERS. IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT LONGER TO MAKE THE COUNTERTOPS THAN EXPECTED.

THE PEOPLE ARE UNDERSTANDING, AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THAT'S PROFESSIONALISM AND I LIKE THAT.

+ -1 moreI'M VERY PLEASED. IN THE BEGINNING, BECAUSE THE TILE WAS ORDERED WRONG, IT KIND OF SET US BACK A WEEK OR TWO, BUT IT WORKED OUT BECAUSE WE GOT EVERYTHING HALF PRICED. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, AND DEFINITELY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. OVERALL THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: JUST LAYING OF TILE IN THE KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, TWO HALLS, AND THE GREAT ROOM.
