I got the material on sale but then the labor and then the other things they add to it, costs me more than what I was expecting.

Excellent. He moved me up on the list because my door was leaking and I just had a new wood floor installed. When he removed the old door, the stoop came lose from the house. Even though it was not his fault or his problem, he put it back on for me and made it look nice. Very professional

It was beautiful. Mr Bill did an excellent job. Very detail oriented. Made sure everything lined up and caulked around everything. Made perfect cuts around the hot water heater. Moved everything and put it back just as it was.

Very Well. Super fast. Actually too fast. Many areas of work going on simultaneously to keep track of. I am a meticulous person and like things done the right way the first time. Very satisfied with completed work. Will use again.

They were great. They have contractors they work with but they don't get paid until I say I'm happy with the job, I like that. I've never had any complaints though.

The installers Mike and Terry did a wonderful job. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. The store personnel we very helpful and answered all our questions. The floors look great and we are happy! The only glitch we had was with the delivery department. We had to have our materials delivered early because were going out of town and the install job started the day after we got home. Our materials were scheduled to be delivered 2 different times, but for the person who actually does the deliveries thought he knew better and intentionally left our materials off the truck because the delivery day was too so for the job start date. I called and the store manager promptly took care of the problem. Thanks again!

That went well. They were good. I will recommend them to other people. Overall, they have an A, and I am going to use them in the future.

Once we hit the right person for the right department they are knowledgeable but the wait time for someone to come and help us is usually a little long. This can be significant sometimes.

We went through the bid process for the materials, but I did not hire them. They were going to charge me about $3000. Lowes has a price guarantee that if you get a quote for the same item anywhere else, they will not only match that price, but they will give off 10%. So when I initially went in to look at the granite countertops, I ended up finding the granite that I wanted and I got a quote of outside from a different company, so their price was less than the price that I was going to get at Lowes. But Lowes refused to give me the price. They kept making back and forth phone calls and say they have to ask their boss. And they kept calling their fabricator that does their work and their fabricator wanted them to buy a whole slab of granite and I wasn't going to pay $3000 for a whole slab of granite that I didn't need. So finally I just said forget it, I am not hiring you and I am going back to the other company. And it might cost a little bit more, but certainly Lowes is not going to live up to their agreement. I was really disappointed. It wasn't worth any additional aggravation on my part. The sales lady that I've worked with, she was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She managed to help me through this whole process. There were a couple of other people that work there, however they were not quite so much. As long as I've worked with her, everything was good. I have no complaints about her. It is the other folks in her department that were not very knowledgeable and weren't very helpful. It was very frustrating and it took weeks to finally get to the point where I said forget it. If they were not going to do it, they should have just told me that right upfront. I don't think it is professional to promise something to a customer and then decide that you are going to renege on that promise.

I am happy with color and coverage of paint

All I can say at this point we are very, very pleased with the work they did and everything went very well. I would definitely use them again for another job if we need something else done.

Lowes has pretty good customer service. They are friendly.

I feel at ease while shopping at Lowes. There employees are helpful and provide great assistance. They guided us through all the flooring. They originally gave us the wrong color paint so we took it back and they figured out that the color in the system was incorrect so they fixed the color for us. They were very helpful in the paint area. The staff is pleasant and nice. They are quick and prompt with any questions or concerns you might have. We always have a good experience when shopping at Lowes.

They were on time and they were efficient. They were in and out and were careful with the furniture. They met the deadline they said they were going to.

At first I was hesitant when I read the glowing reports on Lowes in Clarksville. The salesman mentioned in those reports was off the day I stopped by, but the salesman, Scott, provided super great service too. Due to personal circumstances, I am not able to finalize a purchase at this time. But I highly recommend this store.

I liked Lowes Company. The person who came out was good. He was pretty professional and polite. The estimated price was $2700.

They were very helpful. They helped me pick out what I wanted for the flooring. They helped me figure out the best way of financing for the materials I needed. They were very professional. I picked what I wanted and it's done very well. I use them quite often.

I asked for a quote whie in the store and scheduled a visit for that quote. Visit was made and quote given. I called and scheduled the work to be done a week later. They Called when they were supposed to. Came when they were supposed to. Let me know when all was complete and gave me the opportunity to inspect their work. They Checked back after a few days to be certain the work was satisfactory and complete.

I started the work in September and was told that it will be finished in 3 weeks. The guy was nice but incredibly unorganized. I still don't have my balances. They came out 4 different times to measure it and he gave me excuses that they had lost them or something. I am cancelling my Lowes' card. I spent $1000 on that work. I would have got the same price from a specialty store. Their price was comparable. I would never ever use them again for anything.

They were very courteous and their estimate seemed to be in line with the estimate we received from Home Depot. I think they did a good job. Their responsiveness was excellent, and they answered all my questions. They were very professional. They will probably end up getting the job from me.

The installation project was excellent. The contractor Lowes had install the vanity and counter was very professional and courteous. He made sure that we were pleased before he left.
