Description of Work: They replied immediately and the rates were reasonable and although I couldn't hire them at the moment their response time was superior I'd highly recommend them!

Description of Work: CK Construction repaired our basement with a waterproofing system. They went above and beyond with their work, including repair of cracks and unsightly areas at no extra charge. This is a family business and everyone we encountered was professional, polite and reliable. They cleaned up each day before leaving, and after the job was completed, there was no sign of them having been here other than the completed work. We highly recommend them and are happy that we chose them over some of the larger companies.

Description of Work: Chris stood by his quote. He found our repair extended beyond the quote but he did not charge us extra to completely fix the problem.

Description of Work: Beautiful work! We had our basement waterproofed just before two weeks of torrential rain and our basement stayed bone dry!

Description of Work: I had to cancel the original date scheduled and they told me they would contact me about rescheduling....still waiting for someone to check my sump pump.

Description of Work: Service was never provided. Service provider called immediately and at first said they could come out the next day. I told them I did not get off until 5:00 p.m. and I could be home by 5:15 p.m. The guy said no problem. The guy called back and said they would need to do it athe following week (4/17/14). I suggested the next day since I would be off on 4/18. I explained to the guy that on that day (4/17/14) I worked and I don't get off until 5, and I would be home no later than 5:15. He said no problem. On 4/17 I get a call around 3:45 and the guy said they were near my house, could they come at 4:00 p.m. I explained again that I did not get off until 5 and I could be home no later than 5:15, he said ok they would wait. I got home about 5:05 they were not there so I waited. Finally around 6:15p.m. I called and I got voice mail. I left a message and I explained I had been waiting since 5:05. I didnt hear anythhing back. I went out of town 4/22-4/30. When I get back I have a message on my machine from 4/23 saying they will come out on 4/24 at 5:00 p.m. I called back and got voicemail again, I left a message. As of today (5/28/14) I have not received a return call. This is not right. I paid for this in advance since I bought an Angies List Big Deal. So, they have my money and I guess I just lose my money. This is NOT right.
