"They knocked down the hornets nest, however they do have a predatory contract. I only needed them for one thing. The contract has 4 check marks at which it appears that it is when you will be charged but the way you will be charged is monthly and not quarterly. Who needs a monthly pest subscription at $50 for 12 months? To break the contract is $200 so be aware and read the contract carefully. Hopefully theyll get a class action due to these practices. Good luck! "

"If you value your money, you will not do business with this Terminix office. They are terrible!! They lie and will not do what they sell. We paid $1500 to remove squirrels from our attic last year (June 2017). We have attempted multiple times to get them come out and get the squirrels. They would periodically come out and tell they just need to adjust the traps. It did not work. After a year of frustration, I asked for a refund. I did this knowing that they had a full satisfaction guarantee. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!! They have given me the run around for at 5-6 months about the refund. They have had multiple managers and given me the same type of response. The current managers Ken, Tony and Scott have all given me the run around blaming the regional vice president saying that he has to approve of the refund. The corporate customer service has said that the local office has to approve of the refund. These guys are complete liars and cannot be trusted. Now when I call Ken with my cell phone he will not even take my call. I immediately called him back from a number that I knew he would not recognize, he immediately picked up the call. Just this past week I went into my attic to change the air filters and saw the "squirrel traps" that they supposed set to catch the squirrels. To my utter surprise, I find MOUSE traps. (See the pictures below). These guys clearly don't know what they are doing but charge excessive prices like they do. Again if you value your hard earned money. DO NOT USE TERMINIX!!!"
