First of all, they were 30 mins late. No call to give forewarning that they were running late. We were told on the phone that they would send an experienced worker to check out woodpecker problem and that ALL members had a ladder. We have wasp nests in rafters and wanted those removed. The guy that showed up (was nice and everything) but was JUST hired and did not even have a ladder. Needless to say, they were able to preform only 1 of the 3 things we wanted addressed. My husband took a half day to be home so that we could address the serious damage that woodpeckers are causing and remove wasp nests. Neither of which were addressed. Will not be hiring again. Couldn't even remove wasps nests due to having equipment. Thanks (un)Reliable Exterminators!

A reasonable estimate was made and service scheduled. Exterminator was punctual and work was done in an efficient and timely manner. Pleasant and professional personality. Charges were the same as the estimate. This truly is a reliable exterminator! Very pleased with the entire transaction.

They came and inspected our bed bug issue, and told us we could buy the bombs, and that they were cheaper, however; it would only buy time before they came back. Did a great job spraying to get rid of ants. 90 day guarantee and they will come back if they reappear. Explained what he was doing and was courteous and quick. He arrived within the specified time they said they would be there also.

Great. I was in another state and not available, but he worked it out with the realtor to access and do the inspection. His report was very thourough, and notes the presence of old damage, but that it has been repaired and there is no evidence of new damage. No further action required. His honesty is saving us what we expected would be quite a bit of money, so we greatly appreciate it and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

We knew we had termites, they swarmed into the room during the 1st warm days of spring. We had used another company in the past & were not satisfied. We called RELIABLE EXTERMINATORS for an inspection & estimate. They were very thorough & we scheduled treatment. It took 3 weeks to get a appointment because of the busy season & the type of treatment. The application was very time consuming because of the size of our house & the cement porches on two sides. But I feel it was a very thorough treatment & I don't think we'll have any termite problems again. RELIABLE was very prompt & courteous. I would highly recommend RELIABLE EXTERMINATORS to anyone.

They are honest people. They don't over charge you and they are usually on top of things.

They seem to do a pretty good job around this area. We were pretty satisfied with their service and we never had a need for them after that. I heard of them from a friend. The people who came were very professional. They gave us a time and they showed up at that time. I was very satisfied with everything they did.

When I noticed ants in my kitchen, I called Reliable Exterminators. They had sprayed my house for cockroaches (gross!) last year and thankfully their services were effective, so I called them again. The only other bugs we were having problems with were spiders, and earwigs (in the garage). The exterminator came on time and gathered more details about the problem. He placed small bates under the baseboards of the area of the kitchen where I'd seen the ants. He also sprayed the whole interior and exterior of the house. He was very nice, professional, and efficient. I estimate that it took about 1/2 hour. Before he even left, I already noticed ants starting to approach the bate and die. Only a day later, there were no ants (or any other bugs) in sight! Reliable exterminators also gave me a 90-day warranty on the ants, so if the ants come back in the next 3 months, the company will come back to fix the problem for free. We had piles of wood powder under a windowsill. Called Reliable, they came when they said they would. The technician identified the problem as carpenter ants (not termites, fortunately), and sprayed the perimeter of the house, then put down a powder inside in the area under the windowsill. He explained why he was doing what he did. It took about half an hour. We haven't seen an ant since, and there are no more piles of wood powder, so the treatment appears to have worked. The price was $180, which seems a little high, though we haven't priced other services.

Everything went great from start to finish. Very professional and courteous. The office staff was just super and very knowledgeable. Just a great company.

It was part of a university study that was actually a $1700 termite treatment, but I didn?t have to pay that. That was the quote, but I had the university cover some of it. There was a termite infestation. The person who came out was pretty good. He spent plenty of time talking about what he intended to do. The quote that he gave was the lower of the two quotes that I got for the treatment. They came back later and did the treatment. So far it appears to be effective. I have used them earlier too and they have always done a good job. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

On a Monday morning, I noticed a number of millipedes in my living room and bathrooms. Later that morning, I also found an oriental cockroach in my kitchen. Trying to nip the problem in the bud, I called Reliable that day to report the problem. The customer service rep told me that she could get a technician out around noon the next day. She was also helpful in answering my questions regarding cost and what I should do with my pets. When Tuesday afternoon arrived, the technician arrived about a half hour past what customer service told me. However, he was very courteous and professional, and he got right to the job. I wasn't sure what type of treatment he would be doing, so I had to move things around a little to accommodate the spray treatment around the baseboards. He was very patient and worked ahead in other areas while I moved things about. After the job was finished, the technician explained everything he had done and let me know that the treatment would also be effective on other insects he noticed in the garage such as ants and spiders. Overall, it only took the technician about a half hour to spray the inside and outside perimeter of my house, and the treatment has been effective so far.
