Originally Cotton farmers in Arkansas, our land was wiped by the ef-4 tornado that came through late 2021. "Initially it started off very well. We wanted a large pond put in that was not an eye sore and would serve our livestock. I wish there was a little more guidance and recommendations as we don't know the ins and outs of pond building. Initial test holes were dug which confirmed the project was possible and would hold water. There was no communication with the well installation team to ensure appropriate water flow into the pond. Once that was figured out the pond only holds about 1/3 of water with a well running 24/7. Reached back out to Alec see if we could troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed. Informed Alec that we were more than happy to pay more but just wanted a finished product. We planned a date and now haven't heard from him in over 1 month. Multiple texts and phone calls with no response. The communication is the most frustrating part about this whole project. Would not use this contractor again even though the big expensive hole in the ground we have is "pretty"."

"I honestly don't like to write bad reviews, but in this case I thought it was in order. This is not a review on the quality of the work as nothing was actually done. I reached out thought Angi and found Kingdom Built Construction. I was contacted the next day and began inquiring on my flooring job. I sent images of the job and was quoted. The quote was good so I asked we take next steps to proceed. I was asked to provide what the stain color was as it wasn't possible for Kingdom to determine from the pictures. I made a 3 hour trip to my residence with a few stains I thought would match. Provided the color to Kingdom and confirmed his time of arrival. That night I got a text from Kingdom on the stain type required an additional day of work and was told the job wouldn't be worth his time due to an extra trip. I then offered more $ which was accepted. Just under 2 hours before my appointment I received a text saying he cant do the job to to family issue and he would be relocating. Glad I didn't give a deposit."
