I broke a glass shelf from my refrigerator while cleaning it in my sink. The glass went into my garbage disposal making it inoperable. When I called, they came out right away and fixed the disposal for me. They even waived the service charge. They were very nice, prompt and courteous.

This problem was at our office, so it was an issue that I wanted to get taken care of quickly. Steve came out the same morning I called and identified the issue in about 2 minutes! He remedied it and did not even charge me for the trip out. It is nice to know that I now have a plumber that is not just, competent and dependable, but also trustworthy! Thanks so much Steve, hope I don't need your services anytime soon, but if I do you will be man I call!

We needed a new garbage disposal installed. After a number of calls, I called Steve Morin Plumbing at 9:00AM. He was very professional. He said he could have a plumber out in the afternoon. He was $200 dollars cheaper than a few other plumbers installing the same disposal. A while later, Steve called to say that he could be at my home earlier if that worked for me. He said someone would be there by 11:00. At 11:00am, Jesse arrived. He was friendly and professional. He began the install and was completed in less than an hour. My overall experience was very positive. I would use Steve Morin Plumbing for other plumbing needs.

Steve arrived a few minutes early and knocked on the door right on time. They came prepared for the job and immediately went to work preparing the old gas water heater for removal. After draining the old water heater and removing it from the house they capped off the gas line, removed and plugged the gas flue, prepared the water lines and installed a shut off valve. After placing the new electric tank in a pan they connected the 220 electric service, turned on the water, cleaned the work area, and checked the new system for leaks. They were in and out as predicted and at the agreed upon price. Later in day Steve called to ask if the new system was working properly and if there were any leaks. Steve and Jessie did a fine job, are easy to talk with and answered all questions.

He was easy to get ahold of and well spoken. He texted with me, in addition to calling. I called him at 6:30pm after work on a Friday and he answered! We agreed on a time for Monday afternoon, but was later told by Steve himself and Angie's List on Monday morning that he canceled. I was informed there was some confusion over his participation in the Snap Fix process and that he would not be coming out. I can sympathize with the situation, but it is my assertion that - no matter what - he should have honored any agreement made with the customer rather than backing out. "Customer first" and all that. My pipe was still leaking so I had to call someone else.

I sent him a message in the evening that our water heater was leaking and we needed to do something fast. I was so surprised when he messaged me back right away (9pm) and said he'd call me in the morning. He came out the next day and we all decided that it was time to replace the 18 yr. old water heater. He ordered it and came back the next day to install. VERY professional, knowledgeable and prompt. His rate was very reasonable and the cost of the water heater was exactly what we thought it should be. He is in my permanent phone list now for future plumbing issues.

Steve and his assistant were very professional and punctual. I had a big and dirty job and they knocked it out without complaint and quickly. I highly recommend Steve to anyone with plumbing needs.

It went well, I bought the $99 flush deal and it went great. Provider was on time and quickly flushed the unit.

Steve and his son were on time, got to work on the problem, and fixed it in a timely manner. They did a thorough job, using the proper materials (unlike the initial installer, who used white Teflon tape on gas!), putting the good pipe back together such that we have 100% confidence that we will not have any problems for many years. I would highly recommend calling Steve.

These guys are fantastic. I was having a problem with no hot water out of a faucet in my laundry room for my washer. Turns out the faucet was shut off. They figured that out in 10 seconds - fixed it and were kind enough not to charge me. Just wished me a happy holiday.

We thought we needed a different part than he brought. He educated us and installed 20 dollars of parts for 185 total. When asked if we could either purchase the parts from him, or go buy the parts from Lowes, He said "You paid 185 dollars either way. Do you want me to install the parts?" He was not pleased to deal with me, and I felt uncomfortable throughout the experience. There was no opportunity for me to pay the $59 diagostic fee and for him to leave. I felt "HAD" by the time he left. BUYER BEWARE with this contractor.

Not long after I made the phone call Steve Morin went out of his way to make an emergency trip to get our two sump pumps working again. Steve's diagnosis was quick and on the mark. I tip my hat to Steve for his responsiveness and professionalism. As in the past, when I have plumbing issues at our rental home Steve is the first on my list. You won't be disappointed.

My water heater had rusted out and I had water lying across my floor, I called Steve on a Friday and agreed to have him order a 65 gallon water heater and prep for install for Monday. However, over the wknd the water leak became worse. I called Steve (on a Saturday) and to my surprise he answered! He walked me through the steps to manage the situation and everything went fine - until later that night when i had water leaking across my kitchen floor because I had removed the dishwasher and had not closed the hot water line. And at 11:30 pm that same night he STILL answered the call (I probably would have been blocking someone's call at this point)! And answered another call on Sunday as I asked whether he would mind removing the water heater that Monday but wait to install the new one until Tuesday so that I could have the flooring replaced due to water damage. He agreed. Then, i called on Monday evening to AGAIN ask whether we could postpone the install until Wednesday because the flooring installation was taking longer than expected. He again worked with my situation. Install went great, however I had some residual air trapped in the water lines and although it cleared itself out, Steve came out again today just to check and make sure everything was tight and dry. He also hung around a few minutes longer to address some other tasks such as to install the water detection alarm and replace a dishwasher line. Steve is a top notch professional. He has been the most reliable, most accommodating, and friendliest plumber I have known and I have had my share of plumbers out to this house. He answered every question I asked and made sure I understood how to do a few things myself. i also like knowing I am helping to support self made businessmen of Steve's caliber. Give him a call and I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Mike had to go to the crawl space to shut off water to house. The sump pump wasn't working and water had accumulated there. He installed a new pump and put a turn off valve in the garage. He replaced the overflow valve in the toilet. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He was a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend him to friends

Michael came out the same day that I called. Originally gave me a window between 2:30-3:30 p.m.. Called back just before 2:00 p.m. to say he was on his way. He arrived by 2:30 and was on his way by 3:30. Efficient, polite and no mess.

He was super responsive with our tight timeline and very professional. I would highly reccommend Steve to anyone.

Explained what he was going to do, it took less time than I expected, they also kept the house as clean as they found it! I appreciated Steve taking the time to explain things to me. Will call him back when I need future help.

He came out and gave me a quote, two days later he came back out and completed the work. He cleaned up, was on time, and did the work quickly. Very pleased with his work.

Steve was quick to respond to me email contact thru Angie's list, and to provide a quote and to do the job. Called when he said he would and showed up exactly when he said he would. I would recommend him for your plumbing requirements.

Their price is definitely reasonable. He also fixed the flush in the kitchen that broke and he did a really good job. He is very responsive, very honest and he will do a good job. I used him for about three times. I will give him all A's. Absolutely, I will use him again, he is my plumber.

I hired Steve to install a water back up pump that he wasn't familiar with. He has installed other water back up pumps just not the one I had. However Steve really did his homework on the water pump I wanted installed,when he showed up to give me an estimate he knew all the parts I would need and I could tell he felt confident in doing this job. The day of install all went well with no set backs. He did a great job as always! Thank you Steve!
