It went great. Steve sent out his son Jesse that same afternoon that I called. They were able to give me a quote over the phone after I sent some pictures of the damaged pipe. They gave me a couple of options for replacing it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was very happy.

Simply the best! Steve Morin plumbing has done several jobs for us and every time it's been a great experience. Jesse is polite, professional, thorough, and talented. He explains every step and provides options when they are available. He'll work as late as needed to get the job done correctly. I wouldn't trust any other plumber. Highly recommend!!

The guys were efficient and friendly. The workmanship was good and the price fair. Steve went out of his way to work me in quickly when he saw how bad the old water heater was leaking, and he always picked up the phone when I called with a question. I will definitely use them again.

Even though the arrival time was later than expected, Jesse did a great job. He is super friendly, explaining everything that he was doing. He was able to trouble shoot a low water pressure issue and gave us suggestions for a fix. Installation of new sump pump with battery back-up went very smoothly. Jesse was great with our dogs and we had a good conversation on movies. (He's a huge Ghostbusters fan). He also did a great job of clean up and the very last thing he did before leaving was to double check all connections to ensure there were no leaks. I will definitely hire again.

Great work. They contacted us promptly after claiming a deal on Angie's List. Gave us a fair quote with a discount for the deal. They were going to try to accommodate us same day as it was kind of an emergency, but we decided on next day. They contacted me with confirmation and arrival times. They showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. All the work was completed within a couple of hours and we had hot water again. Jesse was really helpful and knowledgeable. He was careful with his work and was concerned about the property. I was really happy with the new heater and we will certainly recommend them to others and will contact them again if we have any other plumbing issues.

My water heater was leaking so I contacted Steve. He was very helpful and responsive. After telling him the issues he found the water heater was under warranty and saved me a bunch of money. Jesse came out the next day and was right on time. He was polite and fast. I will definitely use Steve Morin for all my future plumbing needs. Great local company.

The owner answered the phone when I called, quoted me verbally, made the appointment verbally, did the work 2 days later at the agreed time, finished in less than 90 minutes, and accepted my check. It was refreshing to do a handshake deal that worked out well. Be advised that he does pass on a 5% credit card processing fee added to his price, which he didn't state up front. No extra charge when paying by personal check.

Steve responded within an hour of asking for service. He said they would be there later that morning. Jessie arrived more than an hour early (after calling and confirming it was ok). After verifying the problem, they gave me a good quote. The work went very smoothly and I had water again in less than an hour. I highly, highly recommend.

This did not go. I had been in constant communication with Steve. I spoke to him on the phone on Friday night (3/1/19), , texted him on Sunday night (3/3/19) with the pictures I took, and that I was expecting him on Monday. I told him I was taking a half day off of work and would be home by 11:30 a.m. At no time, did Steve tell me that he would call before he sent someone out. He told me his son was going to come out between 12:30-1:30 after he finished a job. I reiterated that I was taking a half day off and would be home by 11:30. I missed Steve's phone call at 12:04. I was home, but I did walk out the mailbox, so maybe I didn't hear the phone. By the time I checked my phone, it was 12:36. I called Steve to tell him I was home. He told me "because they couldn't get ahold of me" that he sent him son to another job. I was VERY upset because I thought I had made it very clear that I would be home. Steve pretty much didn't care. He told me that they ALWAYS call and double check with customers because customers have decided they didn't need them and canceled. I sent Steve a message at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday night, so I thought I was pretty clear that i wasn't going to cancel. The unapologetic attitude of Steve is what really upsets me. He made it seem like it was my fault for not answering the phone. Here is the message he sent me at 12:04. "Alright my plumber is going to head your way. Are you going to be there?" I guess since I didn't answer right away, Steve felt he could send him son on another job. So, here I sit having to start all over again , trying to find a plumber.

Once the problem was correctly diagnosed it went well.

Michael Beltrami has been my plumber for years. If memory serves right, it is around more than 5 years now. He is very patient with me. Also we've discussed for him to take care of other plumbing issues at home once he is not busy with other projects.

The team inspected my sump pump setup in my new home and determined that everything looked great and was working properly. No push to sell me anything that I didn't need.

I had a leak under the bathroom sink and needed a plumber. After reading reviews on Angie's List, I chose Steve Morin Plumbing, it was a gut feeling that I'm glad I listened to. Jesse and his assistant came out the next day and replaced the shut off valves. They did a great job and I got estimates for a new water heater and to replace some plumbing in the kitchen. Jesse returned to do the kitchen plumbing and did an excellent job welding replacement pipes and replacing the shut off valves. He returned a few days later to install the water heater, it wasn't easy to remove the old water heater, but he got the job done with no complaints. Jesse is very nice to work with and I will use Steve Morin Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Great job!

Our water heater was starting to leak and we wanted to replace it before it failed completely. I called several plumbers to get estimates and find out how soon they could complete the work. All of the prices were in the same ballpark so the decision came down to my gut feeling based on my phone conversation with each company. I chose Steve Morin Plumbing and could not be more pleased. His price was competitive and he offered me a perfect time for installation within a few days. On the day of installation, two men arrived at the scheduled time, ready to work. The water softener was replaced within a few hours, the old unit was hauled away and the workplace was left clean. I could not be happier with my dealings with this company and highly recommend them for similar jobs in the future.

Prompt service, excellent work. Jessie and his crew were quick, knowledgeable and also showed us how to properly flush the water heater. Will definitely hire again. Highly recommend these guys.
