My call was answered right away and Steve had someone out before noon and the new garbage disposal was installed without problems. The service was excellent and very prompt. Thank you!

It went very smoothly. Was able to reach Steve the first time I called. They came out and replaced the sump pump that day, and the price was very fair.

I needed to get a toilet repaired and talked to Morin's after finding them on here. The toilet was shut off after having new floors installed and was leaking where the wall and toilet are connected. I knew that the hose to change out was only a few bucks so I asked them to also change the guts that are $20 at Lowes. I believe it was the son who came and changed the hose and put in only part of the guts. He was in and out in 30 min and part of that was him discussing on the phone how much to charge me. The toilet still runs 3 or 4 times a day like it is refilling water. On that day I asked Morin's for an estimate on replacing a new kitchen faucet and a outdoor spigot and they sent me an esitmate for just under $1,000. I am now having that job and and the toilet redo $450 by someone else. There must be better ways to get these things done and have trust.

I had two water heaters replaced and a hose bib fixed. Steve honored the quoted price even though his suppliers price increased on the first of the month. During installation, it was found that the water heaters were larger than expected and therefore there were issues during installation that caused damage to my walls and baseboards. I sent over pictures and talked to Steve and we came to an agreement on repair. Overall, I was pleased with the work.

Excellently. Jessie came out and evaluated the situation quickly. He was helpful in suggesting options. He got pricing quickly and immediately set to work on the repairs. They were done quickly and cleanly. He explained what I asked. It could not have gone better.

Steve Morin Plumbing on 1/28/15 installed a Toilet I had purchased at Lowes . The charge was $225. I had them check the toilet for leakage on 5/19/16 and they placed wedges under the front off the base. It has continued to leak. I had them check for leakage 8/2/16 and they determined the leakage is from a gasket around the right bowl bolt. Steve Morin Plumbing wanted $195 for repair and advised that the toilet was not under warranty because I had purchased it and they only installed it. I believed the problem was more likely a result of the installation rather than a faulty toilet and that a charge of $195 was way too much. I refused there service and after they left I found the right bolt was very loose. After they left I made 3 turns on the bolt which stopped the leadage. I advise others not to use Steve Morin Plumbing.

Water heater broke. After securing a couple of quotes i thought to be completely unacceptable, i found Steve on Angies List. Steve was cordial and responsive and made us a priority. He gave we what i thought as a fair quote for rremoval and Hathaway of old water heater and install of a new 50 gallon gas unit. His son Jesse showed up next day and took care of us. Definitely recommend.

Jesse did a great job. He works hard and is customer focused on total satisfaction. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed with the level of service performed. Even after I had doubts that the leak was fixed, they were more than happy to come back out to verify and even caulked my shower head for free. I will definitely user them again.

They repaired a minor gas leak that was on the furnace line. We never knew about it until the inspection report revealed it as we were selling, but wanted to address it immediately. They arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally, and I will absolutely use them again when we move! Keep up the great work!!!

Originally was not impressed on the way a problem was handled. Steve saw my feedback and immediately offered to make the mishap right. They were prompt to respond in a very professional and kind understanding manor. Will definitely use again and refer to other members. Thank you Steve

He did a great job including having to saw thru old cast iron pipe in my basement, He was very responsive--got an appt in a couple days.

He was out twice. The first time he went out, he did not diagnose the electrical issues with the sump pump. The second time he went out, he had to replace everything and charged labor. That was due to a faulty electrical cord that he installed original and it was diagnosed by a different company. His pricing is pretty high. He does good work. He wasn’t quite honest with me.

I called to ask for an estimate. Got a prompt response and visit. I got a call that they would be a half hour later for the estimate than originally planned - nice. The estimate was a fair price and they explained what they would install and how it would work. I was given a couple of options on equipment. Jesse showed up on time for the installation and completed the work in less than two hours. He was polite, cleaned up the boxes, pipe, etc., and explained the system to me. The price matched the estimate. I am very pleased and will call them when my primary sump pump needs to be replaced and for any other plumbing needs that I have.

Easy plumbing services: fix handle on the shower, fix running toilet, fix toilet that was acting up because of a faulty part, and secure toilet seat. On the faulty part, the plumber had to run to the store. He came back with the right part and fixed the toilet. I asked him if he had looked for a replacement part for the toilet seat, but he had not thought of that. He said they were easy to replace, just go get another one and do it myself. Then I was charged for the whole job. Disappointing.

Steve came out on time, performed the services requested and changed me what was agreed to. He was quick, professional and courteous.

The utilization of this company has been simple and efficient from the beginning. Steve and an employee first presented to our home to analyze the site and the criteria of the job overall. He provided us with a quote that was the most inexpensive of three separate quotes. The price only played a small role in our decision to go with Morin Plumbing; it was more a decision based on his fairness, knowledge and competence, and ability to do the job in a reasonable timeframe. On the day of installation, the workers were friendly, efficient, and obviously very skilled in their work. The job was completed within one working day and our home was left in pristine condition. We are more than pleased with the entire experience in working with Steve and his company, and we would recommend him highly to any friend or neighbor.

Things were great at first. I let Steve know that my toilet broke early that morning and that when I tried to switch the shut off valve to the toilet off that it started leaking. I then turned the water off to the house so that the toilet wouldn't keep running. He was very responsive and said he could get out to my house around 1pm. Steve and his son were right on time and very professional. The switched out the flushing component inside the tank and replaced the on off value. They were there for 30 minutes. I was very satisfied until I received the bill. $292.00! then the worst part was that I informed Steve son that I was an Angie's List member and handed him the coupon. He said the coupon was already applied....Well that is funny because I never let him know that I was an Angie's list member. Sure enough on the bill there was the discount applied. I hate when companies pull this practice. This is where they have a discount such as a free service call and then apply it to the bill before it is presented to the client, then tell them oh we already applied that discount, see. This means they would normally charge $351 for a half hour of work, complete ripoff. I was really happy with their service but their prices are way out of line! I always try to use family owned businesses but in this case I will not be using their services ever again. Buyer beware, ask for a quote first, then make sure that isn't with a discount included. Material for the job cost around $30. Needless to say if your going to offer a coupon to Angie's List members then take it off after they inform you and hand you the discount. don't apply it to the bill before first and act like you are doing them a favor. It just comes off bad and makes you look shady.

Very happy with Steve and Jesse. Price was comparable with other companies. Quality of work appears to be good although time will tell. They were prompt to respond, punctual with appointments, friendly, and happy to explain the options and possible paths to follow. Will call then again in the future.

After seeing the good reviews for Steve Morin Plumbing here on Angie's List I decided to give them a call after one of our outdoor faucets cracked from winter freezing and caused a big mess in our basement. I called on a Sunday evening to make an appointment for sometime early in the week. They answered the phone very quickly. Because he was working on a job at the time we traded texts and got it scheduled that evening for the following day. They came out, were very courteous, and had my replacement faucet installed within about 30-40 minutes (drywall had already been removed to expose the plumbing). They also helped me to confirm the location of my shut off valves, and after I expressed some concern over my other outdoor faucet they helped confirm it was not also leaking. Pricing was as advertised on Angie's List - only thing I was a little surprised about was that they do not take credit card - something you don't expect in this day & age......although not a check to provide at the time they were willing to let me pay by check by end of the week which was very helpful.

Steve and Jesse showed up right on time and very quickly did the work. I am very satisfied and will use Steve again.

I called and Steve set up an appointment the following day. I had an estimate from a couple other places and Steve was significantly cheaper. Jesse called the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Was very nice and installed the drip line quickly. Will call Steve first next time I need plumbing work.
