Description of Work: After our house inspection we contacted Steve Morin plumbers to resolve the issues. Both of the gentleman were great and courteous. He found the best plan for repairs for us. He was punctual and saved us from one repair that did not need to be done. And he is also honoring a 1 yr. warranty for the new homeowners.

Description of Work: Replaced water line and bolts on a toilet. The service was quick and smooth.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaking kitchen sink drain.

Description of Work: Steve Morin repaired an irrigation line leaking at the foundation of our home on 5/28/13. While he was here, we discussed relocating our water main shut off valve and irrigation feed line since both were put in a VERY difficult place to access when our home was built in 2010. Steve returned today (6/3/13) to relocate the water main shut off valve and irrigation feed line. Steve is an extremely conscientious plumber, making sure to clean up after himself. He did a very good job of thoroughly explaining all of the work to be done and the price involved. He was also on time each time he was here. I will keep his number handy for any future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Steve repaired a leaky dishwasher line, fixed a toilet plunger and replaced our basement sump pump. He came on a Saturday within 45 minutes of my call, made a temporary repair of the leak, gave an estimate, and returned on the one day in the next two weeks that worked for me to be home. While it hurts to spend 2400 on plumbing, Steve was very professional and service oriented.

Description of Work: I needed to have my outside faucets replaced. Michael returned my call promptly and scheduled the work within a few days. He also referred me to another service to to have my kitchen drain snaked. He came on time and did the work quickly at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Mike came and adjusted our water softener and checked a toilet for leakage. He was prompt, very informative and did great work.

Description of Work: Garbage disposal was making excessive metal-on-metal noise. Mike and Steve came in, found a small piece of metal stuck along the rim of the disposal.

Description of Work: My High Water Tank toilet would run off and on at various times. I figured it needed a new flapper valve. I found Steve Morin from Angie's List, called him, and he came the next morning. He arrived EXACTLY on time, looked at the "guts" of the tank and said it was all corroded Probably from the 3 years of hard water .(My words, not his) Anyway, he fixed it quickly, explained what he did, and didn't make me get on a ladder and look at it!

Description of Work: He moved our whole-house water shut-off from the crawl space to the first floor.

Description of Work: I called Company and Steve Morin returned the call. I had a leaky main shut off valve for the water line coming into the house. While at the house I also pointed out I needed a backup to my sump pump. He highly recommended a specific battery back-up pump which I obtained from a local big box hardware store while he and his son were fixing the shutoff valve. The installation was complete within a few hours, He is friendly and explained what he was doing. I now have peace of mind and a go-to plumber if needed.

Description of Work: Steve Morin gave me an estimate over the phone for a new sump pump. He was able to come install it promptly. Even though it required some additional work, he still honored his original estimate and while he was here he fixed a leaky sink for free.

Description of Work: Saturday at 4:00PM I called our toilet was clogged, he called back and came out and fixed it

Description of Work: We called Michael to fix what we thought was one leak from am upstairs tub (we had two spots in our downstairs ceiling). I thought that we would set up an appointment for a later date, but he had time and was at our home within half an hour. He found and fixed both leaks - the second came from a supply line and required redoing it. The job was done quickly and neatly and so far there have been no new leaks (so it seems to have been done right). We are planning to have him return to our home soon to complete some other plumbing work and I have already given his name and number to a friend.

Description of Work: I had water on my floor and a broken water tank. I called around 5:30pm on a Friday night. He returned my call within 45 minutes. When Mike called back, I had already found another vender for Saturday. He said "ok" and we hung up. He called back a few minutes later and said he would stop that evening, pick up a water heater, and install it that night. I couldn't believe it, but he showed up about an hour or so later! Installed water heater, and was done by around 8:30pm

Description of Work: He put in a new hot water tank in my home.

Description of Work: We had a lift station pump that backed up for the second time on Christmas Eve. We called Steve on Monday to get his advice as we had exhausted the Lowe's and Mendard's route. Steve recommended that we install new back flow floor drains and an alarm on the lift station. Steve and his helper were early to the job in and out in less than (5) hours including jack hammering out and replacing the floor around the drain. They cleaned up like they had never been there. Great Job!!! We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Fixed leaking faucet. Assembly was frozen so ended up having to cut copper water lines to switch out unit.

Description of Work: Mike has done work for us twice now. He is very fast, very conscientious and a hard worker. He happens to be a neighbor I cherish but that is not how I got to know him. He was referred to me by another neighbor. I now am going to have him do plumbing work for me for a room addition that has just started by another Angie's List Award company. I will let you know how that goes later, but Mike did bring up suggestions my contractor didn't - great ones. I recommend him very highly.
