Description of Work: He helped us with a water heater and a new water treatment system. They were wonderful. Him and his team were fantastic. They even came back when i had a problem. They helped us figure out what we needed. I can't say enough positive things about them. I would definitely recommend these people and use them again. If I could give them better than an A I would do it.

Description of Work: I was not impressed. Mr. Morin sent one of his employees to the house. The employee had to call Mr. Morin several times throughout the visit in order to get guidance. My first visit was supposedly free. The only thing the employee did was lift up my toilet and assess the situation. I was charged almost $200 for that. Needless to say we did not have the work done and will be using someone else.

Description of Work: Toilet tank wasn't filling with water so they replaced the water supply line. Steve called me right back after I left a message and was responsive throughout the process. They had someone over right away and stuck to the quoted service call amount.

+ -1 moreExcellent Job! Mike called me telling me he might be a little late, arriving 10 minutes after when he thought he would originally be there. He and his son moved hauled the new water heater to the basement, installed it, and hauled the old one back to the garage. During the installation, they found that some parts were not included with the water heater I had bought from Lowes. He called in the parts, and his son picked them up - ALL WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE. They were both very courteous and did a great job. The whole installation took just under 2 hours. There was no base fee to come out with more tacked on, which is what I found at several other plumbing businesses. He gave me a rate, and kept it despite some added issues with the parts which he dealt with in a great fashion. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike for your plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Installed a gas water heater I had bought at local store. He and his son, hauled it from my garage to the basement to install. Removed my old water heater and found that the new one required some additional parts to be installed. His son went to the store and bought the parts returning promptly.
