Mike promptly returned my call, and was able to come to my house the same day to inspect a leak I had in my shower. He quickly assessed the problem, identified the parts that were needed, made a quick trip to a hardware store to purchase the needed faucet and repaired the problem. His work was exceptional and his price was very fair. He even wore booties in my house to protect my floors. I will use Mike for all of my future plumbing needs, and I would recommend him, without reservations, to anyone looking for a fantastic plumber.

I called Mike at approximately 9:45 am on Monday morning after struggling myself to get the original kitchen faucet off the sink. Mike was able to come that day, amazingly one hour after my original call to take care of the problem. He had the original faucet out and the new one in under an hour. Seriously, amazing service, fast, affordable and saved me a lot of time and headaches. I will only be using him in the future.

I called for help and Mike did not have the tool he believed he needed to help me so he referred me to someone else. That company came out the same day and fixed my problem. I would call Mike again because he was honest and helpful.

We had a good experience with them as they returned our phone calls and came to help us in a timely manner. As they removed the old vanity and found that some pipes would need to be changed, they did this quickly and got the job done the same day. After they left, I found that one side of the vanity was not caulked to the wall. They came back to fix it and answered other questions I had about the quality of fixture that I purchased. They were very helpful to me.

We had a time arranged, he called and indicated he would be about 10 minutes late. Mike arrived as he indicated he would, was efficient, completed the work in about 1 hour. I have used mike before for inside plumbing and would do so again.

He answered the phone quickly and was able to schedule me for the following day. He came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. He also advised me that another concern I had about the toilet wasn't something I needed to worry about. The $67 charge included parts, labor, and my Angie's List discount.

Michael did a good job. He was on time and did his job quickly. He returned our call about an estimate, in just a few hours.

Michael was wonderful!! His schedule was pretty booked, but he fit us in as he could tell I didn't want to lose my new grass. Plus, this was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, so he really went out of his way to get our pipe fixed. He was on time, extremely nice and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing. He even came back on the Tuesday after Memorial Day with the clear caulk to finish the job (he didn't want to use the white caulk he had with him on Friday as it wouldn't look as nice). He has my business for as long as he remains in business!!

Michael came in, surveyed the current hardware, and ran out to get the appropriate parts (I had an odd pipe size for that application). He came back quickly, replaced the part in about five minutes, and the job was done. Nice work! He even came over early since he was already done with his prior appointment.

Michael was prompt arriving on schedule. He has a very pleasant attitude and was very accommodating to our needs. He and his employee were very capable and installed everything in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the work done. We feel that Michael and his employee provided excellent service at a good price.

I called yesterday and left a message he called back last night and said he would be out this morning. He did a great job and I will use him whenever I have another plumbing need.

On-time arrival. No issues with bumping walls, etc (even though we have some tight corners). Professional and courteous. Took longer than expected, due to the need to correct an aspect to the water heater heating element, and to make sure everything was in proper and safe working order. Mike took the time to explain anything and everything I needed or wanted to know. If I'm not mistaken, in the Angie's list webpage for Mike, he has a stated a "20% discount off labor for first time customers." The gross cost (parts and labor combined) was $1,349.50 - the "estimate." Less, a discount of $47.50, left the net payable at $1,302.40. If $47.50 was 20% of labor, than labor must have been around $238. (Nowhere was tax delineated.) This suggests a 75 gallon water heater at around $1,000. It would have been nice to know that clearly upfront, as well as my other options. Caveat emptor! I should have done more research on the water heaters myself.

Excellent! New house, new leak. Called Mr. Beltrami hoping for service that same day to fix the emergency, and with a laundry list of other items I would like done while they were there. They were polite and friendly on the phone. Performed the entire work the same day. My father and mother actually were staying at the house and met with the Beltramis (father and son), while I was at work. My parents told me that both gentlemen were skilled and friendly. My mother has reminded me 5 times to leave them positive feedback. They are that good.

I talked to Michael on Wednesday, and made an appointment for Thursday. Michael arrived right on time. I had a leaky outside faucet that luckily only needed a washer replaced. I was glad that I didn't need the whole faucet replaced that I had to do for my other faucet a year ago. I will call Michael for my other plumbing needs.

Mike arrived very promptly, did not waste time, and did not mind my looking over his shoulder.

He responded the day after I called, and performed the work quickly and professionally. I will definitely call him when I need plumbing help in the future!

Mike did an excellent job. He had the tools and parts to do the job. He worked quickly and cleaned up after he was finished. He even provided proof of insurance. He has done other plumbing work for us in the past and I will use him in the future. Thank you Mike!

Called Michael first thing in the morning. My garbage disposal had sprung a leak. He was able to get out to my home that day and allowed me to purchase the disposal myself after giving me his recommendation! He had to make some modifications in order to fit the model I chose. He was very thorough, professional and accommodating.

Called the plumber and he came over on the same day... I was very grateful of that. The toilet was fixed within 15 minutes and cleaned the bathroom after his work was completed. He left the chain too tight and I corrected very easily the following day. The leaky shower couldn't be fixed because the faucets were stuck to the pipes due to its calcium build up and explained that it will require more work by tearing down small area of the wall behind the pipes. Agreed that we will do that during his next visit when he comes to install the water softener.

He arrived early, called first. Came the same day as called. Was pleasant & professional. Answered all our questions. Was here 2 1/2 hours. Cost was reasonable & fair.

Named his price over the phone. Knew his business.
