I thought his prices were very reasonable. He fixed minor problems with a couple of toilets and a leaky faucet, however he had to come back twice before the problems with the toilet and faucet were corrected, which he did cheerfully and without cost.

They were prompt in arriving for the job and they did the job that they were here to do. They did the job in the time frame that they quoted me in the beginning and I think they did a nice job.

I called Mike on a Tuesday and he was able to schedule me for the same week. Mike did a great job in repairing our hot and cold valves to our washer. He did not have the existing part, but ran to the parts warehouse and was back within 20 minutes. Everything was completed and I was ready to use my washer within an hour. Thanks Mike for doing a great job and offering a competitive price.

He was polite and timely when he arrived. It was easy to get him scheduled to work with my schedule. He was knowledgeable and prepared to do the repairs and I felt the bill was a fair one.

Mike is great! He is very professional, accessed the problem quickly, went for the needed part and had the leak fixed in a short period of time. As my husband and I are in our more "mature" years we appreciated Mike very much and will definitely call him with any plumbing needs, and refer friends to him. As he left our street, we noticed there was a woman with car trouble that he stopped to help. His kindness will be appreciated by all who come in contact with him.

Very well. Answered all my questions and was pleasant. Worked hard to get all done and even looked at the kitchen sink that made a noise that was not in my original request. Thought he had the part for the sink, but it did not work. Is going to pick it up and come back Monday morning at not charge to me to fix the noise. (I don't understand all the plumbing lingo!)

Mike did a great job. He listened to my requests on what features I wanted and set out to get them. He cleaned up after himself and was very prompt.

Wonderful. Mr. Beltrami left for our house as soon as we hung up the phone and it was an emergency/after hours call. He gave me a rough estimate of cost while we were on the phone and he came in under what he thought it would cost. Very courteous and fast. I highly recommend this Angie's List member and will use him again.

We are extremely pleased with the work Michael performed. He was prompt on his arrival, immediately got to work, and cleaned up the mess. We didn't have to clean anything up after he finished. He is pleasant and friendly to speak with and very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Mike. He showed up on time for estimates and the price came in lower than expected as Mike found a quicker way to route the pipes once getting into the walls. Overall highly recommended and I will be hiring Mike again when the need arises.

Michael came out and diagnosed a leak under the kitchen sink as a cracked garbage disposal. He then called a plumbing supply house to determine the cost of a replacement and a slightly better model. He then went out, picked up the disposal, and installed it. In addition, he took a look at a bathtub where black flecks were coming out and pulled out a piece of rubber that had gotten lodged in the faucet. In total the work took under an hour and a half including picking up the new disposal.

He did a great job. His price is very reasonable. He called to say that he could come early which was fine with me. He had all of the necessary tools except he needed to borrow a small bucket which I had handy so no big deal. He cleaned up all of the associated mess including new boxes and old toilet. He gave me an estimate over the phone which was nice and honored my Angie's List coupon with no problem. I got an estimate for the same project from another plumber (Hallam) and they wanted $319.00! WOW, what a difference! Mike lives just down the street from me and we have an older house. We will definitely hire him in the future! He is a nice guy, too! He will not rip you off! What a difference in price.

I was very pleased with his work. When I contacted him originally he was very prompt to return my call. He was able to work me in quickly at a time that was convenient for me and he showed up when promised. The first call took some time because there were 3 different repairs and he needed to make a couple of trips for parts. But the time spent was reasonable. On the second trip he was in and out within a half hour. He impressed me as being helpful without trying to sell you on unnecessary work. I felt the cost was very reasonable particularly for the time he spent on the first call. I will definitely call him again when I need plumbing work. Even if the job were something he didn't want to take on I think he would be a good resource for help in providing advice.

Mr. Beltrami called me back immediately, came out within the hour, and completed the work beautifully. He was extremely professional, reasonably priced, and responsive. We will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs we have!

Excellent. Called about 11 on a Tuesday morning and he said he could work us in that afternoon around 2 pm. He came at 2:30 and was very professional and informative. He answered questions and explained everything so that we understood what was needed. He is the type of person that you immediately feel comfortable around and you can trust that he has integrity.

We purchased a 20-year-old home a few months ago, after which we noticed a leaking faucet outside. We had it fixed by another plumber, but the problem recurred. Unfortunately, the access to the pipes was obscured by a finished basement and laundry room. Michael allowed me to create an access to the pipes to save money, and he did a beautiful job of replacing the faucet with a unit that was nicer than the original one. He also placed a valve on the pipe that is accessible inside the house, which will allow us to have a shut off should the need arise. The work was timely, as promised, and at the price quoted.

He did a good job, on time, and did the job in short order. This is the 2nd time I've used them.

We called Michael at 8am that morning & he was at our home by 10am (after completing a job he already had scheduled). He was very polite - introducing himself & offering a handshake to me at the door. Once inside the bathroom, he immediately sized up the situation and went to work immediately. Within 30 minutes, he had removed & replaced the cut water line and cleaned up the entire work area. He was right on top of giving us a 20% new customer discount for being an Angie's List member.

Mike was available to come out the same day I called. I got his name from Angie's List and it was a good experience. As to price, I did not get any other quote. Mike brought in a friend who is a master plumber. I felt very comfortable with both of them.

Total satisfaction. I think I've finally found the plumber for me. You know how you feel when you've finally found someone you can count on to do good work at a decent price and you don't have any hesitation about calling them again? Well, Mike's my plumber now. He is no-nonsense, prompt, thorough, neat, and very decently priced. You won't be disappointed.
