Very punctual-work completed satisfactorily - I don't know how much this is supposed to cost, so I can't rate that!

Michael completely rebuilt our hall bathroom toilet by replacing and repairing all parts with the exception of the ballcock on his initial visit. Amazingly within less than a week the same toilet overflowed, the water came through our ceiling and into our kitchen. I placed a panicked call to Michael which he returned the next day. On his second visit it was discovered that some sediment had stopped the ballcock from closing thus causing the water to overflow. Even though the ballcock was probably ok my husband did not want to take any chances so Michael replaced the ballcock. Michael commented to us that we should not have as much sediment in our water if our water softener was working properly. Come to find out it was not working at all. We had become so use to having lime on everything that we thought that was normal. We immediately had our water tested and promptly replaced our softener. Thank you Michael for pointing out our water problems because we finally have a softener that is working. It has cut down on all of the lime build up in our home and my dishes are spotless.

The service was performed very quickly and Michael was very professional. He expressed an excellent knowledge of the type of repair being performed and was a good source of information. The only minor issue I had was mis-communication on the time of arrival for the service. He arrived an hour before the scheduled service which caused some minor shuffling of my schedule.

Mr Beltrami was not able to find the problem regarding our lack of water pressure/hot water. He replaced a di elecric union on the hot water side of our water heater, and checked the water pressure coming into the house, but neither of these issues were the problem. My husband called him again the next day and said nothing had changed with our problems, and he told us he didn't know what else to do. We called another plumber the next day who fixed both the water pressure and the the hot water problem by cleaning the dip tube in the water heater and cleaning the HOT water di electric union on the water heater. We certainly wish we had our 80.00 back as it was certainly wasted as he did nothing to fix our problem!

He did the job accurately, quickly, and professionally.

We had recently had a garbage disposal installed by Michael (Feb 2008) and noticed a leak under the sink. Michael came to the house and determined that the purchased garbage disposal was defective and still under warranty. He went back to the store, received a new disposal and replaced it free of charge. That night, the disposal cracked again in the same place. I was going out of town, so Michael volunteered to come back and replace the disposal again without anyone having to be at the house. He again did this at no charge for the labor and took the time to work with us around our schedule.

Michael showed up when he said he would and finished the job quickly. He is informative and very easy to deal with.

Discovered my sump pump was not running and he came out within one day and replaced with a new one. Gave me a quote of $80, and when he came out he gave me the valve that went with the sump one for the same price (I had purchased the sump pump, but I bought the wrong valve). I've had him replace my kitchen sink and 2 faucets in the house. He is great and very neat and clean doing the jobs.

He arrived promptly, explained to me how he planned to do the move of the pipe, and gave an excellent price. Then he fixed the one faucet that he could that was leaking and advised me that the other one wasn't worth fixing because it was so old.

I thought I had a plumbing leak because I had found water under my living room carpet, but Mike told me I needed to get a "tile guy" out to re-do the tile in my bathroom instead. He did not charge me anything, and he and his assistant even moved a heavy piece of furniture away from the wet carpet in the meantime. I appreciated his honest, free estimate, and his fast response time. (I called him Wednesday around 5:00, he called back within the hour, and was able to come to my home at 9:00 this morning. He was punctual.) I felt safe with him, and will definitely call him again when I actually need a plumber.

I was very pleased with his work and his promptness and would definitely use this company again.

Very efficient and prompt. Arrived on time. Identified the problem. Ordered parts. Picked up parts returned to install. All done in about 2 hours. Very satisfied with work, professionalism.

I had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon and Mike came right over. He fixed the leak quickly and left no mess whatsoever behind. The cost was very reasonable and worth every penny since he came on a Saturday!

Mr. Beltrami was able to come earlier than he set the appointment for. He and his assistant were polite and efficient. The repair took only about 15 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call him again when the need arises.

We have found "our" plumber! Mr. Beltrami did a fantastic job replacing our front outside faucet and changed the outside faucets from well to city water. His rates are very reasonable, he was polite and professional. We even had him quote out a couple more jobs. We will be using him again in the near future.

Michael and his son arrived on time and did good work. Because of the vastly different water heater design and location of installation (the old heater was on the floor, the new one is mounted on a wall), new water and gas pipes had to be run. We are happy with their work.

Before contacting Mr. Beltrami, we knew that this repair could either go quickly or become a costly undertaking. We had tried to disassemble the armatures but got nowhere with it. It looked like a good possibility that an access panel needed to be cut through the wall from the other side, which would have been a serious mess and expensive. Michael Beltrami's expertise and honesty, however, fixed our problem quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price.

Michael responded the same day I called and was on the job the very next day. He did all the work I needed in a professional and timely manner and for a reasonable cost. He cleaned everything up and made sure I knew how the new sump pump worked before he left.

Promptly called me back. Worked schedule to accommodate me. Installation went well. I would not hesitate in using him again.

Overall it went well, however the quote for the services were not what we anticipated. He quoted for three different items at 400 total with a written quote. When he arrived, he forgot he quoted the other two items even though I brought them up over the phone and therefore was not prepared to fix them. When asked he said he would come back another time (at my cost) to fix what he did not do. The washer drain went well even though he was not prepared and had to run to the store to get the additional parts. I was disappointed when he got water all over my basement and left trash remaining from parts he opened. Although cheap, I don't think professional was on the list, and I question his overall plumbing knowledge. We went with him because he had such good Angie's List reviews, but I think for larger jobs he may not be the person to go with.

He did a fine job. They were prompt to appointments and came on time as well. I felt that I did get good services for the money I paid to this company.

Mike was prompt, courteous, and professional. He answered all of my questions fully. I will definitely call again. My mention of Angie's List resulted in a discount on the overall price.

Called another company. They came out and gave me a quote at the front door without even looking at the problem. When questioned, they stated they should look at the problem, came back with a quote that was close to double what I ended up paying. Definitely did not use them because they couldn't substantiate the reasoning behind their quote. All they said is that it was flat rate pricing... Needless to say, I was *expletive* when I contacted BELTRAMI. He not only set my mind at ease that he could handle the problem, he looked at the least expensive options first and only changed to a more costly option when he was unable to remove the faucet. He had a couple of problems doing the work that required he go to the hardware store during the repair. At the very end, he reduced his service call price by 1 hour because he felt he should have had the part with him. VERY FAIR PRICE, VERY GOOD SERVICE. Definitely a good experience. Always find a plumber who charges by the hour vs. the job....in the long run you will definitely get better pricing and service.

He called me up and even came early to do the job. It was nice to find a plumber that works really hard and is pleasant to work with. I was very pleased.

Excellent and much better than I could have expected from any plumber. Just before dinner time, this plumber set aside his personal plan to respond immediately to my problems, and he completed the repair work timely and at a more reasonably cost than could be expected- especially when considering that his response was to the work of an unsuccessfully homeowner's repair attempts. He responded without hesitation and immediately showed that he knew what to do, how to do it, and he had he materials and equipment with him to successfully and timely complete the repairs. He shall remain at the top of my list of who to call for plumbing work!
